Good place for relaxing with fresh air , food and drinks quality is not so good.

If I could rate this Cafe 0 stars I would. The food was good which makes this review very frustrating, their service was absolutely unacceptable. We sat down here because we saw that they had a sign which gives a discount to individuals that are members of the Wadi Degla Sports Club. Upon payment we asked why our bill did not reflect the discount and were told that it is no longer valid to which we asked, “then why is the sign still up and clearly visible for patrons to see”, they said that, “no it was put away”. A sign behind a glass door that one can see from a mile away is NOT put away. After a while of back and forth between us and the very rude manager, security was called. The security head managed to sort it out, but I have never seen such an unprofessional manager in my life, being someone who has worked in the customer service industry for YEARS I was appalled at the manner in which this man handled the situation. I would’ve accepted a simple apology about the sign still being visible but what I will not accept is assuming that customers are idiots that don’t understand how false marketing works. The sign was clearly left out in hopes a few people get sucked into sitting down and dining under the guise of a discount and then scamming them into paying full price. It was never about the money, it was about the principle of trying to scam people into eating there.Please, find a new manager with a better temperament, the customer service industry isn’t for the weak minded.

A bad experience in terms of late requests and scarcity of workers, and in the end, after requesting the account, 400 was paid, the account was 308, and after waiting for the rest, 10 pounds would be returned to me !!!And after discussion with the worker, he says no to the account 380 and after he saw the bill, he said, No, you said, leave the rest !!!And the director is standing like an idol, but he has nothing but no oneAsphalt asphalt
