The staff is always very polite and friendly. Theyre sooo clean and keen on making people happy and satisfied with the quality. Big thanks and love for Mahmoud who always makes my hair look different and special. Hes a well mannered gentle man.

This place really provides excellent service. Most of the staff are super friendly and professional.I personally dont like washing my hair at any hairdresser because its not the same as washing it by yourself.The only reason I gave the place 4 stars and not 5 is that some of the management team are rude. So, if any of you have a problem, talk with Ellia and no body else.

I dont know how this place has a good rating??! The place is dirty. Do not follow Covid-19 safety procedures. Not everyone wears masks. And they allow customers to come in without them !!!!!! Asked for highlights, one of the staff dropped hair dye on my trousers which totally ruined them and made an enormous ORANGE STAIN !! the highlights were of a disgusting copper brassy color. Terrible place !! I think some of his friends wrote positive comments, definitely NOT real customers

But Ellias salon is a professional place, quite as everyone is just doing his job and when they ask you about anything or say a suggestion they do it politely & friendly.I really recommend this place.Prices as February, 2019:Hair wash with LOREAL products (which we had and was pretty good): 30 EGP.Normal hair wash: 15 EGP.Haircut by Ellia: 100 EGP.Hair drying by one of the team: 80 EGP.
