I recommend this place to anyone who’s craving Texas BBQ or a meat lover in general.Pros: The brisket is so tender it falls apart, the taste is on point, the balance of smokey flavour and seasoning is good.The Sausage’s texture is great to chew and it’s a fitting compliment to the brisket.The Staff are friendly and helpful, I hope they maintain such levels of professionalismThe soda portions are MASSIVE I get the small cup and it’s way more than enoughCons: The ordering process could use some streamlining, I always get my sides late. (I recommend taking the side orders first)The Chicken is not on par with the rest of the meats it was too dry

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant.Payed hundreds for cold, tasteless portions.Their “loaded potatoes” are pre-made, frozen hard, and served with only sour cream and onions.The macaroni and cheese was actually macaroni and starchy milk.The brisket was ok, also cold but edible and absolutely not worth its price or even a fraction of it.Everything is pre-made even considering that for a whole hour no one stepped into the restaurant, and there is a good reason for that.

We ordered brisket burger and two meat plate..For the burger the bun was to the point but the brisket were dry, so I think I will not order it again, I will go with the same sandwich in Lokali restaurant in Maadi its much better.For the meats platter I liked the somked chicken the most and it was shocking because I was expecting a perfect brisket but it also was a dry zero juices inside.For the side dishes the french fries and the mac and cheese was great.One thing I did not like about the all items its a tiny portions and high price, I wasnt expecting that from an American restaurant at all.

The atmosphere of the place may give a wrong impression of the food, which is profiled as a true smoke pit. However, the food (especially the meats) are absolutely delicious. I fell in love with the brisket chops and burnt ends.If you decide to try out the place, PLEASE dont smother your experience of some divine barbecue with mac & cheese.

The food experience was not good at all food is so average just like your moms typical boiled meatOrdered the brisket burnt ends plate the meat was so plain the ends are burnt indeed but the meats taste is so average..Side dishes were sweet corn and it was a meh and mashed potatoes which was tasteless no pickles as advertised but the jalapenos were niceOrdered the compo old school brisket the sausage were so juicy which was not pleasant but atleast it had some flavor the side dishes were potato salad which had a strong mustard taste and creamy spinach which had strong butter the bread not fresh at allThe decorations and seating was nice and friendly staff but food definitely needs alot of progress as all meat was cold and missing flavors
