A spacious hotel in a great location. It is so close to the airport, public transportation and local shops.The pool is big and nice. Besides, all the staff are nice and friendly.I do like the fact that the parking is big enough to accommodate all the cars (I usually face issues with the parking in many hotels, especially during conferences and other meetings).A must visit place even for Egyptians.One of my favourite.

Quite an old hotel, not up to date with the modern amenities and staff was not so hospitable to begin with, but then I met Lauren with guest relations and she made sure that my stay was comfortable in every sense, but still a long way for this hotel to be at par with modern hotels..thanks Lauren for all the help.

My sisters family together with mine had a very wonderful time here at Hilton. Our suite was perfect. Very clean! The kids enjoyed their time here. Ooh their breakfast was 👌. The customer service was on point and Mohammed who was mostly helping and attending to us was awesome!! He was very kind and so passionate of his Job!! He went an extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable!! He helped us get complementary service since our flight was at 9:45pm. So we left our bags went for a stroll in Cairo and had Chance to shower before our flight back home!!

Ive stayed in a few Hiltons around the world. This one did not offer the same levels of service Ive become accustomed to whilst staying at other locations. The check in staff were not welcoming or attentive to my needs. The breakfast that I had for room service was missing items and was overcooked. I wouldnt stay here again.

Great service and hosting spirit, breakfast staff and chef take extra steps to insure good times for the guest, must try (thank you chef Mohamad Eid). Life music at night on the lobby add much to the stay. Will definitely be back to that place.

Very good staff and cooperative hotel staff (apart from the un-welcoming and late check in).need to focus on guiding the hotel guests to follow the COVID prevention and mitigation measures which is more to people behavior , however hotel policy and rules should help to improve that.the suite furniture was extremely old

This stay was at the tail end of my two week business trip and up until then I was extremely disappointed with the hospitality and quality of stays. Sarah and her staff completely changed that for me. From the moment she emailed me about my stay, she was very responsive and accommodated all of my requests. I only wish I had stayed for the full two weeks. If you are thinking of staying at any hotel in Cairo, this is the only one worth staying at. You will not be disappointed. The food is excellent, all the rooms are renovated and super clean and the service is 7 stars! I look forward to coming back to Cairo and staying at the Hilton Heliopolis.

Loud parties every single night will leave you dreaming about sleep… I moved here from Intercontinental Citystars and although this hotel is fancier in its design, it’s so much behind when it comes to service and quality.Seriously, what on earth makes a 5 star Hilton hotel not consider the guests when throwing loud wedding parties every day? The minimum you should do is inform the guests at check in. Some of us travel for work and the main service we use is a night sleep, if we can’t have that then we won’t stay at this hotel again, no matter how beautiful it is.Also, why serve coffee in take away cups to guest that just sat down to have breakfast?

So this is how my stay started and how it ended.First arrival, was not very pleasant experience, we booked at this hotel from Dubai via our travel agency for Cabana room pool view, once arrived at the hotel we were advised that cabana rooms are dedicated for day use and not as good as normal rooms, nevertheless we were offered to shift to renovated normal room in the main building with no refund nor even an upgrade, as cabana rooms are more expensive!!Room offered was too small, not wow in terms of renovation, bed matrice & pillows not comfortable and for my standards it is a normal basic room!!!Room service taking ages for delivery, ordered food last night and it took maybe more than an hour to deliver, maybe due to unforseen workload.Food quality was OK but definitely over priced.After posting this post I got a message from the duty manager and shifted to another better room in the ground floor.What I appreciate is the fast response and attendance of the management at this hotel.What needs a real attention is the operating team on daily contact with the guest, here you need to have claibers with tourism culture and background.Overall it was short stay but manageable.

The hotel is very wonderful and the staff is very friendly , rooms is clean . Breakfast is rich and fresh . Many cusines inside the hotel to match all , but the only missing is no eluate inside bath room . So i want the reception when check in to match between arabic people and bathroom include eluate . Over all the accomodation very good

Omg we checked in on the executive floor 6th floor, got an executive suite and guess what??? There was pee on the toilet floor and dried pee all over the toilet seat with hair all over the bathroom. No hot water what so ever. We checked out immediately

Just an ok hotel. The rooms look a bit dated but overall still had a confortable stay. The breakfast spread is lavish. The restaurant s in the hotel are also well reputed ones. Tried the Indian and chinese one and found them to be upto the mark

Always, clean and confortable. The only remark this is regarding the waiters of restaurants ( all of restaurants), before we finish to complet the order they already go instead of listening to the end. of ourse this causes some wrong dishes being delivered. Better training on this point is needed, mainly because of language barrier, if engllish speaking customer they should be even more attentious. Special remark for his attention to Mr Enad, maitre from Breakfast restuarant .

Our flight from sharm arrived in Cairo very early at 10am and we called the hotel to allow us to keep our bags while we got our PCR since check in is at 3pmThe hotel is beautiful and clean.There was 7 of us and we had booked 2 suites. Our host Mohammed Ali was sweet enough to actually find an early check in for us by noon. We ere so grateful for Mohammed since we had 4 kids with us.

AC was not working, technician claimed he fixed the issue but AC didnt work the whole night, had a very bad night.The hotel is clean, staff are nice but their AC has been always a challenge.I have been always staying at the top brand hotels, never had such a bad experience.

My stay at this hotel will never be forgotten, the staff and the comfort will make you feel great. Also the spa and pool are amazing, the location not to bad near from airport and there’s no way to find a quiet place like here in the downtown

We got married in this hotel 2 years ago so came back for our anniversary. After calling up and giving a special request ( added that I dont mind paying for any extras) I was told everything will be great and they will sort out. I was surprised to arrive to a small room of nothing. I was quite disappointed to be honest. I was expecting anythinggg to say happy anniversary even just card. After spending thousands in this hotel even a little room upgrade or flowers on the bed. I was expecting better customer service than this as a 4 or 5 star hotel these little things make such a difference. We did get a little cake when we got back at 12am which I noticed put next to room towels it must have arrived late evening. I just feel like this hotel could have done more as I had booked this as a surprise.

Second time I come to the hotel…last time was last week (Monday 30 Aug 21 to Thursday 2 Sep 21) and today I just checked in… Today as I entered my room I found a used napkin on the bathroom napkin top which means no way this room has been sanitized as COVID-19 mitigation measures!! Also, last week when I was here, and as the room was being cleaned up, the refill of any unused shampoo bottles, shower gel, or the face-mask and hand gel kit… I called once asking for a replacement laundry bag and a face mask kit then I left the room to return back found a “used” laundry bag (it was very clear how crunchy the bag was) and no face mask… The house keeping service is very poor especially with the COVID-19 wave-4 ongoing. last but not least, at first time I arrived here (30 Aug) they put me in a non smoking room (without asking if I am a smoker or not) equipped with Nespresso machine, there was a dental kit in the bathroom and when I asked to be transferred to a smoking room, there was no coffee machine and no dental kit and when I called and ask why I don’t see these stuff in my new room, the reply was these stuff (coffee machine, dental kit..etc) are only for floor#5 — knowing that my company pays the same rate..i.e: the smoking room at floor#2 isn’t any cheaper!!

I came to visit my family who recently moved to Cairo and I have stayed at the Hilton Heliopolis which was recommended to meI could not believe during the pandemic with my pregnant wife and two children that they did not clean my room at all whatsoever in the 3 nights I stayed in !!!!We have called them to clean and unfortunately at night when we get back to the room ..nothing was cleaned for three consecutive days and after constant complaintsMy wife and I were completely shocked on the last night to see the my hotel room door was left open and funnily enough the room was not even cleaned !!!!During a pandemic with my children and pregnant wife ..I must say it is the worst service anyone can possibly ever have !!!!I am thoroughly disappointed !!!

Hotel is old. Had some renovations but you can tell that it is old (from the 80s). As for the staff, some are overly annoying. They make you feel that they are doing you a favor for doing their job. The staff are good, cleaning and fixing services are fast responding, but i never felt that i was in a hilton, the rooms are small, the bathrooms leak water, every time you shower you have to call cleaning service to dry the bathroom (it doesn’t have a manhole in it).You can’t get cellular nor wifi services when you’re inside the room 😑😑, and the wifi is extremely slow, not a very good experience.The only good point about the hotel is being near to the airport

Was actually going to Darts bar, Wasn’t my thing at all.Just loud Arabic music that made me feel am at a little cabaret.Couldn’t stay for more than 5 min as it’s not my type of music.

Underwhelming experience. Great landscaping and trees, but that’s about it. We requested ground floor room but they gave us first floor with stairs as only access. The food is average. There were lots of problems with our room, bathroom lock broke and someone was stuck inside for a good 15 mins until they sent a staff member. Last and definitely the worst was: THERE WAS A BIG LIZARD THE SIZE OF LARGE SHOE IN OUR BEDROOM CHILLING ON THE WALL!!!!Staff gave us a discount for our next visit as an apology lol. Definitely not going back there, ever.

I am a doctor and I am attending a conference. But it is a very bad experience. The staff show rough attitude and they didnt follow the healthy instruction regarding Covid 19, they didnt follow the rules ,The staff of the pool that named Noor was very aggressive. The food was limited menu and taste was miserable. The music was very loud . The bathroom didnt have a toothbrush neither a toothpaste. I will never recommend it at all neither vacation nor work ..

6 hours after trying to get in contact with you, I received a call in which we discussed my issue. I was informed that the room will be decorated for the bride preparation tomorrow (16.05.2021) and video shooting, however, it seems that there is a big miscommunication between the departments in your hotel. The room wasnt prepared at all and we are unsatisfied with the poor assistance we experienced.I strongly dont recommend anyone to to stay in this hotel! You literally made our last night before the wedding unpleasant!!Lets see if the worse is coming tomorrow....One of the worst customer support Ive ever seen, for longer than two hours trying to talk to the guest relations but no one is available. I wonder if you cannot support your customers during Eid days, why would you accept guests then!!

This Hotel is one of my favourite places since decades. It was booming when it was managed by Fairmont. Ever since the owner(s) changed management into Hilton, and it’s sadly going below mediocre. I only go now to the barbers shop.
