Its a good bank overall. It has the Islamic accounts. It doesnt require a working license to open a new basic account in this bank not like some other banks . The service is very slow and the stuff is not very helpful.Although some stuff are really very helpful. There are a percentage of the stuff that is not willing to do any effort to help you. The time you waste there could be sometimes awful i spent more than 3 hours there qnd it was to reactivate my account. One of the reasons behind that is that the bank doesnt work with its full capacity and also the stuff are not very professional to limit the time for a customer.
