After going for the first car service (1000km) of my Peugeot 508 Ive found 3 scratches on the car paint once it was done. Two scratches on the door and one on the trunk. Customer service intially didnt call me back when i complained, but eventually they did, asked me to come back and fixed the scratches with treatment and polish.

This was my first time to go to Seoudifor my Peugeot 3008 maintenance and mechanical checks..After the car stayed at their center for 4 days including Friday , I received the car with a big crack in the front windshield which was not there before they received the car.. I got back to them to fix it, they try to get away with it claiming they did nothing that cracked the windshield !! This was the reply from the Servicr Center Manager Mr.Mohamed Ayad and they offered me a 50% discount on the service and 10% discount on the windshield price.So it is very unexpctee and unprofessional from a well known name such as Seoudi not to be accountable and responsible for aokething they clearly broke while doing the service..Very disappointing and shameful to get this reply for a case that is clearFirst 2 photos taken by their engineer before thr car entered their service center, last 2 photos 15 minutes after I received the car from them

One of the best Authorised Peugeot service centres, from the technical point of view they have the most experienced engineers and technicians, they also have a loyalty program for discounts, they always try to help even beyond regular authorised centers usually do, the waiting area is clean and comfy, I prefer this center over any other one I tried in Cairo.

The staff is beyond extraordinary. The car was cleaned after servicing. The waiting area was had air conditioning and a mini cafeteria offering a sundry of options.

Very bad service and too expensive. Lousy front desk. cant keep their time commitments . Its a pity that Mansour is using them for Peugeot maintenance. If you have to use them, Id recommend that you have to review their service maintenance items first thoroughly because my personnel experience with them that they included things that are not needed and even duplicated several items!! and after all this, I received the car buried with dust. The two exceptions that i encountered were Engineers Ahmed Ragab & Ahmed Hassan from the denting & painting workshop whom were helpful.

They did a poor job cleaning the car... took almost four hours... even though the maintenance was done in less than an hour as you can see the car being driven out of the bay on the cams they have installed for guests to see...

Very bad customer service. Very expencive. Uncooperative. They try to get out of problems as much as they can by blaming the client. Even though my car is still under warranty and all my service since day one were done in seoudi group. I do not recomend this place at all they are horrible

The seats were not comfortable, and there wasnt a proper cafe there so you cant eat or drink the time your waiting but as for service just under an hour and half
