Awful customer service by all means! Very unorganized and unprofessional staff, let alone disrespectful. They force you to pay the minimum charge at the door only to bring you a cheque by the end of the dinner anyway and count the number of individuals incorrectly. Their staff was rude and grabbed one of the guests by the hand forcefully for no reason. Their music is too loud to be called a “restaurant” not a club. It is too expensive for such horrible service.

Best place to hear deep house music in Cairo highly recommended. @Arabmusic you are the best. Prereservation needed minimum spend 600 per a person. Deserve every minute.Good luck wishing you the best

The greatest place in town with the greatest views. Great cocktails and I love their steak and prawns. The copper cups keep your drinks chilled. The pool is heated and the views are very relaxing in the afternoons. They have great parties every weekend.

We went to try it on a Friday, service was average, nothing special around, no entertainment, no DJ, no special amenities, welcome drink or pass around. Swimming pool was freezing cold and menu and over all cheque was extremely high 200+400 ++ and we paid almost 1100 each person without alcohol or 3 course menus. They charged us although we didnt swim. Many other brunch places would have been a better choice and more entertaining with value for $

Only nice thing is the music and decor. Food was way below average. Normal sliders, the king prawn is three pieces and overcooked, the veal escalope lacking seasoning and stiff. Even the waiter got our order wrong and didnt have much warm attitude. Probably not coming here again. Paid 1800 pounds for a below average experience

A One of a kind. Odin has an outstanding vibe and atmosphere. Food isn’t the best and bit expensive for the quality you get, But if you intend to have a classy night out with an a nice view and music odin is the place you should visit.P.s. Just be careful not to fall in the pool.

The word that perfectly describes this place is ordinary. Now that u know that, it is so over priced. Kazoku and pier 88 are literally half their prices. I think they r just capitalizing on their location which is actually not that special either.

Horrendous, they have terrible food and barely a pinch of alcohol in their drinks. Worst steak I ever had.They suck at communicating with customers and are rude. Would never come here again.
