Rooms are nice, though they need renovation. It is clean, but not very luxurious. It is considered cheap, though. Service is generally acceptable but most of the staff are inexperienced. Breakfast can use improvements

The hotel is a practical hotel for business trip that is no longer than 1 day. It cost 600 EGP for a double room.The room is not that clean and the pillow of the bed are not nice. The bed had clean bed sheets but the smell is not that good. The bathroom had 1 towel only for 2 person which is not good. The bathroom had hot water and very bad type of shampoo which i did not like or use at all. There is an air condition with NO heating in it, once you start the AC bad smell and insects starts blowing in the room.Although the hotel was not that nice but it is still considered the best in mansora city so you dont have varsities.Breakfast was not that bad, you have fresh bread, bakeries and egg station.Room service is available but little pricey comparred to the service quality, for example a double shoot coffee cost 35 EGP, and it was very bad coffee.The view on river nile is goodLast thing, the room really need more light, it is really dark with full lights on

Nice location, the most acceptable hotel around the area. The service is alright, i recommend to have your coffee on the balcony on 2nd floor, with a good view down the street and the nile.

The hotel is usually okay for a 3 stars hotel. Only my last visit wasnt good. No hot water, elevator wasnt working and the phone in the room was broken.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been. Every thing is broken. Power sockets with pure wires, maybe dangerous for small children. Sometimes you even get no towel. The bed and mattresses are old and used. You can use toilet paper for drying. The Hotel is very loud. Outside a huge air conditioner is running the whole time. Nearly every day, there is a marriage. The guests are screaming and running through the whole hotel. Early in the morning there is renovation with barbaric loudness. If you need to sleep, in this hotel nearly impossible. The employees and houskeeping are very unfriendly. Even if you lock your door and hang out sign do not disturb, the people are coming in. The breakfast is very on sided. Sometimes you get no juice. The juice is very sweet and chemical.If you have a bad time, there is no warm water and you can enjoy a cold shower. If you have the choice take an other hotel. If you need no sleep because of loudness and can handle a lot of broken things maybe you can stay here. The price is high especially for foreigners. I dont know how the got 4 stars, but this are 4 stars too much.

To start with, I was only forced to stay here for family issues. If you have the choice, dont come here.Oh god, where do I start? When I came, I was carrying quite a lot of luggage, and when the hotel staff saw me, they didnt even help. It doesnt help that the road entrance to the hotel is blocked. I had an hour delay just because they were unprofessional enogh to tidy up my room, even though I informed them 4 days before I came. I say tidy up my room, it wasnt even clean! The bedsheets had enormous dirt stains, the curtains were full of small red stains which I would assume is from previous customers killing flies on them, but most disgusting of all, the bathroom was an utter disgrace. There was hair on the floor and on the toilet base, yes hair. The hygiene in this hotel is a joke.About the breakfast buffet, dont even think about going there once. The food is so limited and cold, the buffet hall is completely bombarded with flies and mosquitos, and the chef is so unhygienic, he was -no joke- pickling his nose!!! I even had a flie jump into my juice, which by the way, tastes of sewage water. I also found a hair strand in my mashed potatoes, which is definitely not mine. The plates are dirty with stuck food particles, and greasy. The table cloths are stained as well. After the first day, I just bought some cheese and bread from the local store, and completely discarded the buffet.The hotel neighbours do not improve matters. People smoke in the reception. Sometimes, some room neighbours leave their food delivery boxes outside their doors, which attracts insects, and is overall, inappropriate.The only positives in this hotel are the view and location, the air conditioner which operates perfectly, and the fact that it was a place that I could stay in till I had to go. I would still not advice you to come here except for a very necessity, like in my case, specially considering the price you would be paying.

This hotel used to be the Ramada Hotel in Mansoura City. Its run by the Mansoura University administration. The place has a gorgeous view on the Nile and is clean. However, food is not the best and service rather poor.Update: Dec 10, 2017Signs of deterioration are increasing: poor quality shower gel, no shampoo, no hair conditioner, poor toilet soap, cheap toilet paper, broken toilet paper holder, worn out and greying curtains, noisy lifts, loose wall sockets, single towel hanging unfolded behind the bathroom door. On the positive side, new plumbing fixtures installed.Update: Mar 8, 2020Signs of deterioration are further increasing: no toilet paper rolls whatsoever (housekeeping offers large paper tissue instead), loose tissue holder in bathroom, no laundry bag, towels provided only by request, aging furniture (beds, closet, chairs, balcony table and chairs), lifts out of order. On the positive side, new plumbing fixtures are still being installed + clean bed sheets and linen.

It was ok.The balcony view was nice, the food and coffee were nice.The room was not cleaned well and the bedroom fridge was broken.

It was OK, I didnt enjoy my night there. The bed wasnt comfortable at all. And we checked out early in the morning as we hated it. The room was clean, the TV had only few channels.

I think this is the only big hotel to stay between alex and cairo. There is another hotel in mansoura ..Marshall ..but never been there. So basically there is no choice. Ok rooms and breakfast..a noisy lobby and the cars cant be taken to the porch because of a barricade.

It’s not that good the staff isn’t professional and the place isn’t that clean.It lacks organizing and professionalism.The prices isn’t cheap even though they are not that good.The location is the only good thing about this place.And the second good thing is that it’s the best among the worst, you have no better option in Mansoura.

Was a real bad experience. So dirty rooms, unprofessional staff and so bad furniture. I will never return back or recommend the hotel to anyone. Ive paid for 4 rooms and couldnt sleep one minute so I decided just to leave at the same evening lefting all what I paid fully.

Towels and toilet paper are not offered by default, you need to ask for them, and sometimes you can not get them even if you ask for them!

It is nice location and nice place to stay very serene, opening their valley services would be a great value addition. Their prices are wonderful.
