Service is not that good and the staff is not welcoming. Ive been told to leave because the rules say no studying there after 5 pm. Ive also been told I cant work on my laptop upstairs because its only for takeaways. Iced coffee was really bad and so not iced. Even the Wi-Fi was not working. The sitting was okay. Smoking and vaping are allowed. Wouldnt go there again or even recommend it to anyone.

One of my favourite places in mansoura butthey have this role for not studing there after 5:00pm so this rule reduce my visits alot
