I have been in egyptair office in mansoura yesterday for changing my ticket destination from cairo paris to cairo Athens i have the greek nationality already so he asked about my residence papers of greece i told him i dont have a have a greek nationality he told me no i cant change your ticket I already show him my greek papers and he told me no .. I was so disappointed from egyptair...
The airline Egyptair and their flight staff are very good. However, it is a sad affair if they lose your luggage or damage it. They have a landline number that is not accessible by a cell number then another speed number which charges by the minute but you could be on call waiting for an hour for someone to answer. So basically you can not talk to them. Their email takes two weeks before it is answered. Instead of sending me my lost luggage after one week they said that customs wants to see me. So I took 3 hours transportation one way and then there was no customs... I was given the luggage. This was done to avoid paying the transportation to send my luggage to another city. And of course it was broken too... So it took over 2 months to get my basic compensation after many many unanswered emails and several trips to the local egyptair office.
Was good specially the plane was almost empty
I am commenting on this office in particular not on Egypt air. The location is bad and inappropriate. Services are below average. You need to know someone as a recommendation to get good services.

During my return flight I was given the last seat on the plan and this is supposed to be for the plan crow and there was no blanket and pillow .even no body ask me If I need this or no !! And more the lauggage closet on the top it was full of items belongs to plan staff also really it was horrible 😡😡
