The pizza is good, but the service is really bad. The price is very reasonable, but they charge you for ketchup. Not a big deal, just a cheap move

Good food amount and taste with affordable prices.

So horrible in every way. The food is totally a waste of money. Its totally something you can call EGYPTIAN with no regrets, ugh totally unprofessional . I have been there a couple of times and in one visit I saw the staff trying to hit on a girl and harassingbher while pretending that they are not talking to her. In bith visits I could see them literally checking every girl in the place in an annoying matter as they would keep staring and sneaking at them every now and then.

Iam that type of persons who may eat alot of fast foods so iam not that hypersensitive to eating outside doors.I remember once when i was 26 years i ordered Macaroni from there and had the worst gastroenteritis in my entire life for 3 days of fever ,vomiting and diarrhea and i was borderline to get hospitalzed.I never revisited it again. Never will.

The service is so good,the place is so clean and the staff is friendly.It has lots of choices and the best quality.

The pizza used to be delicious yet currently the quality is changed a little bit. However, the price is affordable.

The food is nice and the staff is helpful. The location is excellent..I dont like serving pasta in a foil casserole and underneath the dish.. Its not an important thing, but I prefer serving food directly on the plates with complete tableware, a fork, a stick and a knife

One of the best restaurants I have entered in all of Egypt ... The cashier before it takes a penny to ask you to eat something like you, or no loyalty ... They make many foods, and they are distinguished in all of them.

Very bad, especially the restaurant hall... One of the employees took a mop out of the bathroom to the hall and the whole hall smelled like urine and no one apologized or fixed the situation

One of the restaurants that made it famous, I ordered an order about two weeks ago, and it was very bad. The pizza is not the pizza I wanted, and it tastes very beast. This is other than the crepe that literally comes with its bite.

Excellent and very good timings

My experience with Fatuma Restaurant is excellent and deserves praise .. Last month we had a family occasion and with us guests from Cairo numbering close to 50 .. We chose Fatuma and informed them before we arrived .. Frankly, the preparation was wonderful and the place was organized to accommodate the number with privacy in paper .. The food was fresh and hot and the service was excellent .. and the owner of the restaurant himself was supervising the preparation and presentation .. Frankly it was an honorable experience and I recommend it with confidence
