The room and all the furniture is new, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the white washroom gives me peace of mind to see it always clean. Shout out to the lady performing the cleaning here, she is very polite and helpful to our requests. The balcony has a nice view to the Nile river and despite it’s a busy street, the noise is not bothering us. Definitely we will back here every time we visit Mansoura. The only thing I’d complaint, it is the elevator, it’s very small and needs to be wipe down often with the COVID thing.

Spacious room and toilet and very clean. The staff was nice and kind, specially the women in charge to clean the room; they were very helpful. The breakfast was good. The lobby is a lively place and you can take a coffee or a cake. It’s close to the city center and in a safe area.

The roomes is large, the reception is good , but they need to repair some interior things like electrical switches covers. but overall its good stay and the fees is not very high, the deserts is good also.
