A great hotel with lovely staff. I used to stay there for some time and some my family have apartments rented there. They have a dry clean service, restaurant, mosque, and 24/7 security.

They say card facilities available but then demand a deposit in cash only despite putting the room charge on your card.Filthy walls and curtains, similar to what I imagine a drug den looks like.Advertised as self catering but no cutlery or crockery. Just dirty empty cupboards. I suppose the kettle is what they mean- who knowsThe towels are hard and old and the cleanliness of both those and the bedding is questionable.Our door lock was faulty and we got locked in- not to worry, someone simply climbed through our bathroom window and let us out after jiggling the lock!The lift didn’t work when we arrived, but was operational the following day, probably best to not use it anyway. Bit of a death trap.Open trash cans every where complete the ambiance.Oh and don’t be alarmed by the room where the cats live, they just creep under the door in the sandy tunnel they’ve made.The TV also didnt work. No wifi and no TV.Reception staff are so well matched to the accommodation.We stayed one night,declined the breakfast and left as soon as possible

Nice apartment quite and also a weekend getaway

I booked a room in booking and arrived for my check in but unfortunately the details of my booking wasn’t like wat i booked.. the room wasn’t like what was on the pictures,no balcony,old and rusty..The front desk was so not decent,unprofessional and not helpful at all..Worst hotel and experience ever..

We have been waiting for some hot weather to take advantage of the Monte Cairos pool for the day! I called the day before, told them we wanted to come for the day and they said yes, welcome for 150 LE you can use the pool from 10am-6pm. We arrived at almost 11am and paid our money, were taken out to the pool and asked if we could wait 30 minutes til the pool was cleaned. Nope, but we will wait in the shade til the pool guy finishes cleaning it. We spent a happy hour enjoying the water and were just having some lunch when the manager came to us (3 women) and told us we had to put on bathing caps! What?! I said no one told us we would have to wear bathing caps. Oh, well the sign is in Arabic, he said. But the guy over there has more hair on his back than I have on my head! I wanted to say! Anyway, the matter was dropped when we said we wanted our money back and we would just leave.NEXT TIME IM GOING TO THE HOLIDAY INN!

Best place you can feel comfortable

Nice place. Not far from the center of Mokatam area. Just 10 minutes from el Mosheer axis.Reception staff is polite and helpful. There is one swimming pool divided into 2 areas one for kids and the other for adults.

Just fine place, in a very quiet area for relaxing far away from noise.

Was treated as family from the airport pickup at 2am to the day i left...the condo was nice and clean, the receptionists were amazing! And pool was great. many choices for food and snacks and uber!

Everything was amazing except the wifi and the 500 egp extra for warranty but they give it back when you leave if everything is in good condition

I have been going to this place for a bit now now. No words can describe how this place feels like home. The staff is very kind and professional. Its in Mokatam so its close to downtown cairo, new cairo and maadi. Its perfect for families since they have apartments for rent with room service and housekeeping.

A very good, clean hotel

Its a good place to stay for under $50 a day. All rooms have kitchenettes, and most of the rooms have 2 bathrooms. Its a perfect place for families that are staying in Cairo for health treatments as an example.

Probably the only hotel in Mokatam area. Nothing fancy, but very friendly staff and nice location, 20 mins from down town, 20 mins from new Cairo. There is pool and they have halls which can be rented for small events and meetings.

Apartment in high quality organization and the location is highly strategic from any place in greater cairo.No service available in home but every thing available surrounding the building.

It is a very good place

The location and the service are good, with lots of room options. But they have a slight issue with insects because of the garden and trees surrounding the the pool which are sprayed with insecticides daily but yet seem to find their way to the rooms. I strongly suggest the use of vaccum cleaners in the rooms because the rugs and matts need to be vaccumed with everly cleaning.and the water kettles in the 3 rooms we were in all needed to be replaced because they were rusted and unfit for use. The pool is very clean with controlled water. The wifi is strong- no problems there. Needless to say the staff were amazing, very helpful and quick at the service. We had a transport to the airport which was very convenient in a mini van. I will repeat my visit insha2 Allah.

A very, very bad hotel, in every sense of the word.. Beware of living in it... A dirty and filthy hotel, more than you can imagine.. Old, dirty and filthy furniture, and everything the hotel contains is filthy. Bathrooms without hobbies. You cant imagine how the smells return to the room.. Its a countless bad thing about this hotel.. Now Im talking about dealing with it. It is slow in providing assistance, and when I ask for room cleaning, they are late and the garbage sits for hours, not cleaning and the amount of smells you can imagine.. I encountered a deal Bad from an employee, I dont know her name, but youre a blonde-haired woman who speaks superiorly and come, especially to the Saudis... Loving advice, run away, dont live..

The hotel despite its old age was good as clean.Employees need more training in dealing with customer service.1- Water is cut off from the toilets.2- Maintenance after 12 midnight for public facilities is totally unacceptable.3- I was fined 50 pounds because I lost the medallion of the room number attached to the key of the apartment and which was not installed well.In general the hotel is okay but it could be above good if the staff improve their performance.

Excellent place but I would not recommend the final residence restaurant

It was a good swimming pool and a good room. It is a pity that the hotel does not fully adhere to the agreements, for example: when we arrived, the hotel would have arranged a taxi to pick us up and bring us to the hotel. There was no taxi arranged and we had to arrange our own transportation at 12:00 in the night that took us to the place where we actually didnt know where it was. No welcome drink was arranged and the room was only available half an hour later. Then we arrived in the hotel room and everything was ready and tidy except for the sofa bed. The only thing we had was a mattress without a meditation, pillows and a blanket to sleep under. When we asked them, they said they were going to get them. After half an hour there are all things for the sofa bed. And I finally came to sleep at 5:00 in the morning when the first sun rays came in. If you didnt do this all right, then dont start a hotel.
