Amazing hyper compound. Good design. Good location on top of Mokatam.Access to New Cairo, Maadi and Nasr City.Nice architecture and facilities.Poor plumping fittings in most of the bathrooms. Poor supervision during construction and fitting phases. Poor quality engineers, and supervisors this is evident from the number of claims raised by the owners after receiving their apartments.Emaar Egypt can not be compared with Emaar Dubai either in supervision during construction or after deliver of units specially in responding to customer claims.

I attended the Christmas event held there. The place was very nice with all the decorations and festive games available.

Extremely clean. Well secured compound. Astonishing garden - green, fresh, well kept, which is really unbelievable in the desert. Next door there is Carrefour market, football field, kids playground, pool, Jacuzzi for kids, gym. Rent per month is 18000 LE (approximately 1150 $).

Christmas vibes was really great there a lot of people was interested to attend. They great assortment of fast food and live music. They regularly do a themed and festive events based on the season like Easter. The only issue was the parking they did there best from their side to organize it yet it was messy.

Luxurious residential mega compound.. Wonderful landscape and good scenery. There are a lot of different sizes of the units ranging from small flats, townhouses, twin houses and separate villas. The community is an upscale one. There area lots of cafés and commercial areas as well. There wonderful masterpiece Emaar Square is still under construction and expected to be finished before the end of 2021. Once finished it will be one of the most attractive recreational places in Cairo.
