They have a wonderful service through a web application which allow customers to make any online transaction but unfortunately they have many employees have a bad behaviour and when they need to deduct any amount of any account they will do it without informing customers for sure its not acceptable which means all accounts put in the street.Many tickets have been assigned to customer care

One of the worst bank branches I have ever dealt with, always jammed, security employees are aggressive, even bank employees are too slow!

There staff is professional sometimes I feel some staff members are a much slower than others but the overall experience is comforting with average waiting periods till your turn.
