Great food in this old part of Cairo. Apparently this restaurant has been around for a long time and is well known locally. We came across it by accident while walking around looking for something to eat (we are on holiday from England). We had the grilled chicken, kofte kebabs and Hawawshi. All very tasty and cheap and first time for us trying Egyptian grilled food. Very old style traditional place, but luckily the food was fresh and we did not suffer from any belly issues! Warning: no one speaks English but you can still get by.
