One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. Plenty of delicious food choices..perfect cuisine ... waiting for my next visit..❤

I really enjoy my stay at Caesar bay for the next time with my family.The resort is great , nice beach , room spaces specially family room is good , the buffet is amazing with a big range and different kitchens oriental , Italian and sometimes sushi.The best thing in this hotel is the staff , all the staff from the reception to the room service and golf car and The Beach Boys , specially the animation team who take care of my daughter and make a good atmosphere morning & evening
Theres no enough words to describe how this place is AMAZING, its the perfect vacation spot in Egypt. If you want relaxing you got it, if you want privacy you got it, if you want the perfect food you definitely got it. With the professional and most welcoming staff Ive ever seen specially Ahmed Mamdouh who makes me come for 4 years in raw to this magnificent resort.Cant wait to the next season to make the next indulge there.
The vacation was just incredible. The animation team lured us into various activities throughout the day. It was so much fun. I especially remember Alice. She is a positive girl, very cheerful, kind and ready to help in any situation.

Hotel was clean , had an amazing view , lifeguards we’re always paying attention , animation team were very funny and friendly especially Bola and Mohamed alaa one of the best animators made our stay fun , full of activities and laughs . waiters were friendly and funny . When I first came to caesar bay all of the animation team were so welcoming and they would always have a smile on their faces once they meet anyone, Alice was very nice to us she would always check if everything is going well and tries to have conversations with everyone to make them feel happy and so is maria she had an amazing vibe and she made everyone comfortable, Bola always came up with great entertainment and stuff to do he would never leave anyone hanging there without having fun, he always had to entertain everybody. Naama had the most beautiful smile, when I first saw her I felt comfortable and happy and she makes sure everyone is enjoying their time. Everyone of the animation team were one of the best I could ever meet❤

A really nice place to spend your vacation. The staff are extremely nice and helpful and very professional they’re always doing their best to make you feel satisfied from your stay and happy at their place. The hotel has a very nice beach with a lot of facilities and life guards. They also have swimming pools always clean and ready for a swim but I prefer the beach. The main restaurant where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner is nice they always have a great variety of tasty food. The hotel is well maintained and everything looks good as new. All in all a very pleasant experience I’d really recommend this place.

Hi it was so lovely and exciting to come to caesar bay the first day was amazing it was even better then amazing actually at the first day it was so much fun there the workers are amazing and kind I met lots of workers that are lovely the pool is amazing and relaxing the beach ⛱is beautiful and the waves are beautiful as well there are so much mini games like soccer, 🎨, darts , yoga , dancing, shows and may may more and the food Id amazing this is the best hotel.

Its clean, the pool staff are very friendly specially Mr. Mohamed Saber and Mr. Ayman, as well as Ms Mayada from the reception. They gave us a complementary late checkout. The food is perfect. Good quality and taste. The pool is really good. The beach waves are acceptable and one can easily swim and the water is warm. Mr. Mohamed from housekeeping is very clean and helpful. Overall we loved the week we spent there. Its not all inclusive and a little bit pricey to buy food and drinks through out the day

This was one of the nicest vacations I had. The hotel has a premium location on the Mediterranean beach. The rooms are not luxurious, yet very convenient and spacious. The international animation team did an excellent job, and every night there was a different entertainment program. The staff members were very friendly, starting from the reservation led by Mr. Ahmed Mamdouh through receptionists “ Mr. Adel,” housekeeping and room services. The best of all was the general manager Mr. Ehab Shafik. I spotted him everywhere at the reception supervising guests checking in, at the restaurants during breakfast and dinner, wondering around everywhere in the hotel to see how things were going. This is the first time to see a general manager who leaves his office and looking after his guest satisfaction days and nights. Thank you, Mr. Ehab, for such a wonderful vacation we had, and please extend my regards to the staff at caesar bay hotel.

Of course the beach was awesome, thanks for ZiZo and his team on the beach, the pool was marvelous thanks to Fouad who control the pool very well with a kind manner .. Also, We have great meals in the restaurant because of the professional team of chefs under the supervision of chef Gallego, who helped me so much in choosing his wonderful dishes every day ... I have been here every summer since 2018 and will come again and again forever 😉
I am from America but 100% Egyptian and whenever I am visiting I always come down to this resort !! it is such an amazing place to visit and I love coming here with friends. I think it is a little over priced since the pool is a bit small, and the beach is practically unsafe. Food is great, pool is great, and rooms are fabulous. I do recommend going here with family/ friends since it get get a bit boring on your own
We had an amazing time here at caesar bay resort! the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, more specifically the animation team! they are always going around ensuring everyone is having a good time and are always providing super fun activities from beach volleyball to yoga to water aerobics. we had an especially amazing experience with alis, bola, nemo, and maria! alis was the sweetest girl we have ever met, she is constantly walking around with a smile on her face and conversing with the guests making them feel at home as well as participating in any and all activities she can. we really developed a close connection with alis and we were very sad to leave her. bola is always coming up with awesome games and activities and always making sure there is something to do. nemo was very kind and making sure everyone was having tons of fun! maria is very lively and such a fun person to talk to. the whole animation team were an amazing group and they are the main reason we will be coming again to caesar bay resort!
Gorgeous resort. Very Clean. Very beautiful. There’s a small pool just for kids. The kids area isn’t good. It needs a lot more care. But everything else is perfect. The animation show was entertaining. My kids enjoyed singing and dancing with Googoo. She was really sweet with the kids. The buffet was delicious. Everything was cooked well. Any and all complaints and concerns were addressed right away by the managers on duty.
We stayed as a family in a family room. The resort was marvellous , the beach was amazing , hotel facilities were great.Moreover, the staff are really unique and their hospitality and the smile which never leaves their faces. This is one of the best hotels on the north coast. Outstanding service, attentive staff, always willing to help. Amazing beach. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was clean too. Excellent food quality and variety. Great for families. A special thanks to the management team and all staff for strictly following COVID-19 precautions for social distancing, disinfection, masks, etc. Would love to visit again!

I stayed for 2 nights with my familyThey tend to find any excuse to charge you extra money especially if you booked through booking.comThe majority of the rooms are not direct sea view and difficult for children or old age to reachThe surprise that even the beach you have to pay 800 pounds to be in the pergolas they show in there advertisementsOtherwise you can sit watching the ugly back of the pergolasTake care of the cardiotoxic plants they planted in the garden I have warned them about itSee the photo

This is just my first day here and I am astonished. The view is phenomenal and the warm light blue water is fantastic with its white sandy beach. I only had lunch here and the quality of the food is excellent. The room was spacious and clean. We got the full board superior sea view room. See the view in the picture.

Superb place...I spent there one week, from 22 to 27 July, in a family room... You feel satisfied from the first moment your arrive, with the rapid procedures at the reception, to the clean and neat rooms. The beach was wonderful, and so were the pools (both the open and the heated ones). Animation team was fantastic. The whole day, they entertain you with activities, whether on the beach, pool, at night in the theater or in the beach cinema. Every hour, more activity and more fun. Special gratitude for Mr. Mohamed from the animation team for his resilient efforts to make us happy and active all day :)) Food was amazing with much choices and changing everyday...As regards potential improvement, i recommend the necessity of having an in-house pharmacy. In addition, it is very important to find a way and use dedicated tools to collect some particles and dirt that collect in the sea water for time to time, which prevent fully enjoying the wonderful sea in this resort.Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and i am definitely going to come back in the coming years...

Very decent resort, food is delicious, staff are very helpful.Yet, wifi is just at the reception and its super slow. You need to walk down to reach the pool or the beach and walk up again to come back. They provide a golf car for that, but no enough cars!The beach is very good yet, has a lot of plastic particles! The beach has high waves which maybe is a bad thing for some but I like it that way.The gym is very old and has limited equipment.
Such a wonderful place and an excellent Hospitality. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Restaurants serve so yummy food. I would like to come again!
