I got off the boat during a Nile cruise. But we were back at the boat within 10 minutes. Although the tourist is protected at the dock, I thought it was horribly unfriendly to women and tourist unfriendly. Less than 2 minutes to the right or a couple of young people stop and whistle. It didnt feel nice and we just turned around and walked the other way for 5 minutes. That was not much better. Such a pity...A man seemed helpful, but when giving back change, he quickly withheld 1 letter. At first he denied that, but because we persisted, we got it back.We have not been to the mosque, so I cannot say anything about it.
