PROS:- authentic Swiss decor- respectful and discreet service and staff- tasty and authentic baguette style bread for the cheese fondue- large desserts and yummy ApfelstrudelCONS:- the cheese fondue 🫕 looks like real cheese fondue but doesnt taste like it. It tastes more like a thick potato soup- the profiteroles and ice cream dont taste like the original- apart from the cheese fondue and possibly some breakfast options, the rest of the menu is Italian or FrenchDisclaimer: I grew up in Switzerland and lived there for more than 30 years.

I went with my wife for her birthday as she love fondue. Place is very nice... And food was good. Not a lot of places in cairo that offer fondue with wine. The only bad thing is that restaurant was empty.... I believe people forgot about this wonderful place. I was also surprised by the prices. It is reasonable.

Place of nostalgia for the 70ties generation. .. it looked deserted and very dated but the food was absolutely fabulous. .. The hot mini bread buns, famous beef stroganoff, and the coupe legoise. .. All from the same twenty year old menu but still great tasting... and the staff were top grade and told stories of the place over the years. Great visit down memory lane. :)

This place is one of the nice old places that you feel comfort at. Its very cozy and prices are extremely reasonable.
