Maria Montesorri saidThe greatest gifts we can give our children are the roots of responsibility and the wings of independenceMadam Safiya and her Team of great teachers have enlisted these values in my child Burhanuddin; whom i see developing as a confident, well rounded human being as each day passes.I am very happy to have found this SCHOOL not just a Nursery; and look forward to a bright educational future for my son through Nile River Montessori values and teachings.

While searching for a preschool for my 2 yr old daughter, all the places I visited were initially telling me what they offer for the kids. In Nile River Montessori the case was different. Before telling me what the offer, they started describing how they do see the child, and how every child is different and has his/ her own pace in developing. That actually made me feel safe as my daughter will be seen as she really is and will help her grow up to be the unique & beautiful version of herself.I love how the Montessori philosophy let the child experience everything by their senses to understand how this universe is working from a very young age!I love how they empower the child by  letting them do their own stuff by themselves and always saying, you can.Although having a very good academic curriculum (which made me think of letting my daughter continue education in the school they are establishing), yet what I like most is the way they are raising up the kids and feeling that my daughter is a very safe place. The staff is all wonderful and passionate about their work. And Mrs. Safia, head of the place, is very professional,  understanding, and available if I need any advice in parenting. Now after 6 months of Farida joining Nile River Montessori, I became more sure we chose the right place for her.Farida is now very organized, independent, creative, confident, and respectful.I highly recommend Nile River Montessori!

Wonderful Nursery, actually school not only Nursery, My son has learned a lot of skills in such young age. At first the place didnt look so good, but decorations are actually deceiving, the most important is how to treat and teach..I recommend 100 %.

Nile River School is our second home.My son enjoy everyday he spends in this school.Managment and staff are so professional, helpful, you feel they are part of your family as they care about your child as if you are there. They have a special unique way to attract children and let them attached to the place.Learn them how to be independent, how to love others, how to share and help..I wish for them more success and to keep on same level as they are special than any other place.

We learned of Nile River Montessori through my wifes masters. She contacted many Montessori nurseries and visited a few. After careful review we enrolled our child in Nile River Montessori; compared to the others we reviewed they were the closest to what Montessoris vision is. Unfortunately everyone seems to lose the vision of what is supposed to be done in an education system and just chase the name and money.Pros:- They have certified teachers -- sure not all of them but they are working on it. Which is far more than what I can say about other nurseries.- They have the certified materials -- again, not something weve seen in other nurseries.- They do understand what is the Montessori education and follow it closely. This isnt a money grab like others weve seen.- They are alert; we had an issue with our child picking up a few bad behaviours (hitting and spitting to be precise). I talked to the principle about it and she is they were aware of the issue and working to resolve it.- They respect privacy and security of the child; referring to the previous point, despite not asking, the principle told me they can never disclose names or any information about the child she maybe picking this up from.- They work on resolving issues. While my child did pick these two awful habits, they did go away quickly after theyve worked on it.- The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and more over, they know the child. Everyone greets the child as they enter as if they were all teaching and dealing with the child daily -- even if they arent.Cons:- The location of the nursery couldve been better. Personally I find the place to be a bit unsuitable.- Not exactly a con as this will happen in any kind of nursery, but our child interacting with other children ends up with the child learning not so savory behaviours.- With the price they quote, they are definitely on the high end of the spectrum. But they do offer financial aid provided you provide proof of your financial issues.- They need a better marketing plan, the nursery isnt well known and had my wife not search every nook and cranny for her Masters we wouldnt have found it most likely.Overall:If youre looking for a regular nursery, this isnt it. This is different than your regular put kids in front of the TV for a few hours, put them to sleep for a few more, feed them and then send them home to their parents. This is the closest to Montessori youll ever get without the cash grab most educational institutes like to do in Egypt. If you know what Montessori is, you understand the terrible and corrupt Egyptian educational system as a whole (private or public) and want something fresh, honest and focuses on the child, this for you. It isnt perfect yet, it still has some ways to go, but they are constantly improving which makes this the top Montessori nursery youll find in the country.

The kindergarten That I know in Egypt that applies the Montisory pedagogy by the book. We have sent our 5 month old boy to Nile River Montessori early 2019 and for about a year during our stay in Egypt, and since his start day and transition period it went smooth and very nice. few month later when the little one could express himselfe more, he was always so happy and excited to go to the kindergarten, I believe that this comes from mainly the sense of continious developement and learning which is the significat advantage of applying the Montisory practices, the cozy atmothpher, and from socializing with other kids and making friends.I would definately recommend Nile River Montisory to any dear friend when asking about a kindergarten.

*Some teachers have the AMI certificate but without experience working with children.*The teachers are really nice, however management do not deliver what they promise, management needs real improvement on how to deal with both children and parents as they are disrespectful and unprofessional.*Based on my experience with my two boys being there for 1+ year, no significant progress.*Child fees vary from parents to another, and we were charged more than the above screenshot amount per child.*I dont recommend it at all and I regret the time we wasted there.
