He does not listen, and he loses his temper without any valid reason, and is making business out of his job by suggesting a certain lab without giving any opportunity to debate.

Extremely unprofessional.... I handed him my test results that I have done on the exact same day... he looked at them and then asked me to redo the exams again in his preferred lab... although I have done mine in one of the top 2 labs in Egypt. What a commercial disgrace.
