Hospitality was great. The breakfast was bad.Also the room needs some refinements. we had a problem with the toilet. The location is very good.

There was people arguing outside, an obnoxious baby crying and didn’t let me sleep. I didn’t know what was under there so I didn’t use the bed sheets. When I first came into the room you could notice the smell of cigarettes. There was burn cigarettes all over the room. The bed was really loud made a huge noise when ever people got up. I recommend this place if this is the last place available. (Only checked in because there was no other motels nearby).

I normally stay at this hotel when I have work in Cairo but this time unfortunately the AC was broken so the room was very hot but the breakfast was good also room was clean. Hopefully you fix it soon.

Besides the server the staff were mean and misleading. Tried to keep my passport hostage do not recommend.

My rating is a compliment on a stay i had 2004/2005.I stayed one week that i had a nice time.I hope to come and visit this place again.

While the interior could use some work and the price could be lowered, Salma Hotel provided more than what most of the other hotels provided. They had hot water! I did not realize this was a hard thing to find in Egypt. The wifi was better than the other hotels as well.

Still bad and services worse, there is no satellite tv, high prices....

Great staff! We showed up super tired and stressed, but they helped us find the perfect room for a good price. The buffet breakfast was amazing. All you can eat Egyptian cusine. Yum. We will come back here again as its really close to the Egyptian museum and not far from the pyramids. Mina helped us alot and even hooked us up with a complimentary drink and even offered to store our large luggage bag for free. Thanks again!

Here I put you 1 star for a clean bed on the 1st day of check-in, the rest is in very poor condition. It is better not to make excuses dear hotel staff, this is ridiculous of you. I had to prove to you every day that I paid for the room. You see, it was only in your hotel that it was impossible to see my room reservation.
