If you are coming from overseas this is probably the last hospital you want to visit. They operate on a system that is made up as you go. Staff twirling files/folders while they walk down the aisles - no digital records. Staff will literally smoke a cigarette outside than come and tell you to give a sample without even considering to wash their hands even. We were in one session where one of the doctors was on her phone instagraming while we were genuinely worried. We were quoted a package price but then told that certain procedures werent included (and medication) we literally paid more than double than what we were quoted. The wait times are atrocious - you can arrive @ 9:00 AM and end up waiting till 3:00 PM - JUST TO BE SEEN. My wife told me the doctors in the O.R. are rude and berating. Even simple things like a cup of something warm they gave to my wife after her procedure costs 7-LE lol. And after all this - they destroyed/misplaced or did who knows what with our samples - her doctor didnt even bother calling. This place is an utter joke - i wouldnt trust them to give me a hair cut, let alone with any medical procedure.
