Today I received my order from Aramex. The whole one week and Im waiting for them to deliver it to me. Their Customer services are awful and useless!They sent my order to three different addresses by mistake ( Maadi, ElManial, Dokki ). They cut and open my shipping bag. Theyre the worst shipping company ever and dont recommend them to anyone else!

Sadly there is nothing less than 1 star, this company is a disgrace to this industry. From its system of operation, to customer service, to HR and employment... Awful experience.

The most worst customer service I ever seen in my life. the customer service agent provocated me and makes me very sick after a long argument as i’m sufring from high blood presure and heart issue. They haven’t any customer service sense and they answers the questions like a robot.

The worst courier company in the world...DONT deal with it...I dropped my shipment (Documents - 0.1 kg) On August 3rd. 2021 to Aramex office in Cairo to send it to Russia..They informed me that it will take a maximum of 5 days to be delivered...I am astonished today when I got an update that the shipment will be delivered on(August 14th.) to its destination.Upon contacting the customer services agent, one of them told me that the shipment reached GFK in the US then it will be sent to Russia!!!Upon contacting another customer services agent, He told me that the shipment is currently in Dubai and will be sent to Russia!!!Vey Unprofessional company..No credibility...Fake commitments...collecting money with no follow up..Careless about the clients.Aramex is a big SHAME on the courier services industry...

For a luck of words, this is Egypts ups or say FedEx system. It works very well considering Egypts narrow streets sub-standard neighbourhoods (some not all) overcrowded cities they can still run as well as expected. This is why I actually love Egypt. You cant stop asking how do they, why, when...Where.....and at the end of the day life goes on..and I gave Aramex 4 for being part of this can do system.

Its ok not to allow me in after 5 min after working hours, but ignoring my questions about my package and ignoring my presence as if I am not there at all was disrespectful. There worst is that they dont answer any phones and their hot line is not working most of the time and no one answers

I have dialed the 5 digit phone number for Aramex. Ive been on the phone listening to the same recordings on and on for the past 25 minutes. I believe I dont need to say anymore...this incident speaks for itself. I will hang up now with now response...I wonder what is meant by 24 hours service????

ARAMEX is a scam, a scandal, a theif. I am going to file for damages by Sunday if my past due package is not at hand. The 🇺🇸 USA embassy will also file on my behalf. This outrageous company will end by Sunday.

I sent my son a gift which they packaged in Dokki-Mossadaq str branch.I dispatched it on 9 September and was promised it will be very well wrapped (it was fragile) and would be delivered in Norway in 5 days.My son has not received it. Yesterday when he traced it they advised him it was in LONDON ! and completely DAMAGED!I am furious because now I am in Australia and cannot buy him the same things (Egyptian stuff) and resend them. I think they should send someone to buy the gift items and send them to my son on their own expense as a compensation.First and last time I will use them
