Totally unprofessional! And it took them 2 months to know whats wrong with my laptop. Whatever you do, do not get your laptop fixed there unless you want to waste your time.
Very bad customer service. I arrived at the place and they left me without any help for 15 minutes even though there was no customer before me. And even after the long wait they didnt try to fix my tablet at all.

I had a hardware issue with a 2013 hp laptop (out of warranty).It needed a replacement for the Wifi/Bluetooth card.They did a great job in general and the service engineer (Mr. Magdy) was more than helpful, He even called after a couple of days to check whether something is still wrong.However, Be aware that I needed to call a few times to check on it’s status, And make sure there’s progress.They never called to report, So you might need to do so as well.Also, I tested the laptop before paying, and the replacement was malfunctioning, wifi was ok, Bluetooth was not,So, we tried multiple drivers and another replacement which at the end worked as expected,Unfortunately we took an hour, but I should mention the engineer was very patient.Last thing, They don’t have payment by card.
