Good but very expensive

Very unprofessional management and service. Moreover, to add insult to injury, the employees lied about the fact the credit card machines are not working. Anyway would have gave them a higher rating for the convenient location, however, their attitude ruined it.If you left any valuable item in the car, it’s very likely that it would get stolen by employees.The service is very very slow.

As most of the service for car brands .. they only care about selling their cars but they dont care about fixing the manifacturer problems ... better buy a used car than buying a new one and pay to fix

Good place for nissan maintenance. Convenient location. Better to reserve but they accept walk in esp early morning before they are booked. Prices are on the higher side when compared to local small shops but they are dependable and guarantee their work.

I am a Nissan Qashqai 2018 (face lift) owner in Egypt. I would like to raise a complaint against Modern Motors Nissan Car Service abo rawash in Egypt for their destructive service.My car was doing the 10,000km service mileage at the previously mentioned car maintenance center, and they have managed to scratch three alloy wheels which were perfectly good as new. I have personally witnessed the act behind the glass, as the worker was trying to remove the wheel screw cap with a screw driver and not the specialized clips! However, by the time I informed the responsible engineer it was too late. Moreover, the engineer said why did I not tell them that I had the specialized clips! My reply: is this not the Nissan service center?!I spoke with the service manager and head of maintenance service and they said this could happen! My reply: that there was no signed consent by me that I agreed to any damage of my car nor is there any policy for such conditions, and I request new 17 inch alloys. Their repsonse was this is impossible and I should settle for a 4000LE voucher, which is spent 200LE at a time! NB: one alloy wheel costs more than 10000LE, meaning a total of 30000LE.This center has not trained their workers to handle respectable cars as well as providing cheap alternatives.Due to unprofessional car service which has to be provided in order to keep my vehicle gaurantee running, I believe I will have second thoughts on selling this car.

Good service, waiting queue is handled quickly, polite staff. One thing, beware of you stuff in car as it sometimes disappear. They mentioned this already at the entrance gate.
