Good Morning - i’m writing to you due to the super disappointing experience i have had with your branch in Fairmont Nile Towers.First of all i called a week in advance to book a specific person who the receptionist confirmed his availability, and i left my number in case of any change.When i came in today, in a hurry to start on time to get back to my best friend whose wedding is today, i didnt find Abram and was told he was transferred to another branch! I asked then why wasnt i informed, and what is the plan in his absence? I was surprised to notice that it was as if we didnt even book. Their is only 1 hairdresser in the whole store. This is a shameful arrangement.And when my friend - who also booked at 9 - and i asked for retro. We were told that the retro’s life span is short! As if this is the first time we go to hairdressers.If the hairdresser cant fix a retro properly then this cannot be blamed in the hair style but his skill instead.I am very disappointed to be honest and now we will be late for the bride’s photoshoot and we are both bridesmaids.
