This place is amazing, Receptionist were very warm and made you feel comfortable. The massage was worth the money. Gorgeous decor, will go again.

On my 9th visit to this place I had came in with a friend who has never had a massage before with a voucher which I paid 2 months ago which I was told I could redeem within a year. I was told on the day that it had expired so I tried to explain to them what I was told but they refused to accept the voucher. I was offered no compensation, no discount, nothing. Even though I came during a time when they had no customers or any business going on.That day they lost two customers. A loyal one and a new one who lived very close and was willing to make it a regular visit.We left and went to the place next door called AG Spa. A much better service overall.

This is the worst experience I ever had, I used to come to Manuela and they had a good service before.This time it was horrible, I asked for deep tissue massage and the lady was using wrong techniques and made me feel stressed.So I asked her to forget about the tissue massage and do a normal one, even that was not good.Staff are nice though, but the result was nothing I came out after less then 40 minutes with a horrible headache.They didn’t refund me back and offered a head and shoulder voucher which I refused.Didn’t resolve my problem.I don’t recommend it at all.

It was a very good experience of feeling, relaxing and healing. once you encounter with the place you will have a good feeling because the atmosphere, decoration, smill and music. also the staff was very polite and welcoming. finally the therapist was professional
