Nice place, Very kind staff,but if you are looking to fix your iPhone and its out of warranty dont even take the trouble of going there. no spare parts available (apples policy) even if there is some parts available they either dont go bad on regular basis or sooo expensive

Never answer the phone. They intentionally delayed my iPhone because I made a complaint. Very very unprofessional service. Would never recommend dealing with them. Ask apple support for another authorized service center.

Asked for new battery for iPhone I was asked to leave phone till they import it which would take a month or more with no maximum time. Upon asking to pay for battery then leave phone when battery arrives my request was denied being against policy.

Not really open during these hours - only for sales. Technical support staff only available after 8pm. Total waste of time.

Worst apple reseller ever , no information on my phone for 8 weeks , they dont answer their phone and from the million times I called the only time they answered they didnt have a clue where the hell my phone isThey took my phone since 27 oct till now 21/12 and I dont have any idea where the hell it is
