The food is great, but it was a Thursday and the nachos especially requires a lot of time so my friends waited for an hour before they got their food. And the place is too small to seat more than 15 individuals. However, when I ordered my food takeaway it was done in less than 30 minutes.

Believe it or not, its the best burger restaurant ever !!The bread, the burger, even the rest of ingredients are super delicious 😋I ordered the offer of (5 sandwiches, 3 blue ribbon and 2 chicken crispy)Eveeeen the normal fries was so tasty!!I highly recommend it to any one who loves burger and who doesnt as well.One comment: the place isnt that big but its enough for a few friends to hang out and chill.Last thing, I would gladly go there again :)

The food quality was really great. The beef burgers were delicious while the chicken was fine. The stuff are cheerful and helpful and the place is clean with nice decorations. The only issue is that the place is really narrow with very few tables and table is only for 4 people at most.

Enormous burger. Way more bigger than my head. My ranch burger slightly salty, batter fried chic. patty that day quite salty i think. But worth to try. Reasonable prices compared to the size, quality, quantity and presentation. But the space was quite small with few chairs. Not like shown in the pic.

Good quality and taste. Fries were also good.And waiting time is very reasonable. My concern was about the place! Very small place, cannot fit a group of 5 for instance. If you are a group of 4, you will block the way and everyone who wants to pass will hit you!!!When we enter, there were no one from the staff, kept calling for a bit. Someone at last showed after 10-15 mins.

I impressed after all these years Willys Kitchen is still with the same quality. Cheese Lava was delicious while Nacho Pizza Burger was flavorful.

The restaurant looks very inviting and makes you feel cozy. The staff is friendly and knows what to do. Of course the food worth the whole trip to that place. Yet, the space is really narrow and I was barely able to walk to my table. I still recommend it.

Their burgers are great and tasty without using too much toppings keeping it simple. Sides arent that great but not bad. Their nacho invention is worth a try, its different in a good way.Cheese madness and the stuffed one are really good for cheese lovers who care about not only quantity but also quality.

Good burger (nacho burger) but the place itself is extremely uncomfortable, and food takes a little while to prepare but was worth the wait, just dont expect fast food if youre really hungry.

The definition of Fast Food, Great Taste soaked in your favourite oil and has a large set of sandwiches and appetizers to choose from. The only downside is that the place itself is too small eat it especially if you are a group of +3.

Cramped noisy place, horrible to eat-in. The food is ok regarding price relative to similar restaurants in the market. However, it is a little overrated in terms of the gourmet label it is colloquially associated with and more or less identical to Buffalo Burger for example.

Burgers are delicious but the chili cheese fries was a ridiculous joke in terms of price and quantity... the prices are generally expensive but worth trying the burgers.

Good food , genourse & fast service .My 1st visit to Willys kitchen is ranked as nice, not facinating , I ordered smockhouse BBQ with cheese fries which were so delicious and satisfaing . Enjoyed the indoor design specially no WiFi and talk to real people part . The care of the WC And offering plastic gloves is admirable , I just really wished I didnt face such a nasty smell during the entry to get a meal and during my leave but I know from experience that we cant mostly pick our neighbors, sorry I had to mention it cause it truly give such a sore taste to the whole journey to eat there , I send my deep gratitude to the stuff and am willing to come back . First of all they said the order will take 20-25 minutes to be ready and it took 45 minutes, the order was really simple, 2 burgers, Nacho BBQ, strips and fries. The place is packed and the atmosphere wasnt great. They consider themselves a Kitchen rather than a restaurant. My burger was big, the meat is good the burger isnt, the lettuce leaves were yellow, it wasnt juicy and not seasoned enough, the chili fries were bad, too sweet. And they serve plastic soda bottles, not cans, not machine soda.

It was such a bad experience , as we go there but the restaurant has no chairs as we were in Ramadan at Iftar Time thats was such a horrible experience , I wich if this pace has a manager who has any kind of brain.

A small place, you almost have to wait to find a seat. The Willys Nacho Burger, the most popular in their menu, was too bad. The cheesy fries was good.The cleanliness and food quality dont deserve the waiting time.

Dare I say the best reasonably priced burger in Egypt. The meat is always pure, tasty and juicy. The bread, cheese and toppings are usually fresh. Yes there may be a few better options but only in fancy hotels and resorts for quadruple the cost. Highly recommended but beware of tiny and limited seating.

Its very small, yet organized place for dining in. They have 4 tables outside the shop for more seating options, however, cats and flies were annoying.Regarding their sandwiches, we have tried a sandwich with barbeque sauce and mushroom and another one with extra fried cheese, the taste was not bad, additives dominated the sandwich and you can barely taste the burger. They provide a combo option and the available fries were something called waffle potatoes, they were very bad in taste, soaked in oil and extra cheese didnt make things better.The price was average to that kind of food.It was not a painful experience, however, I wouldnt go back there again.

The food is good most of the time, however dokki branch is too small, it has only 6 tables which are really close to each other and people surrounding you would be watching you eating till they get their order.It tastes good but still uncomfortable.

Nacho madness is the best taste

The burger has no taste! Just a huge amount of cheese on it, really didnt liked it. There is no ketchup or any sauces beside the sandwiches which is unacceptable when Im at a burger place! Its overpriced to the value.

One of the best places, the food is tasty, the prices are fairly good, the service is good, the decoration is very artistic, I liked it.However, the place is so small inside, and they overcomed it with extra tables outside of the place.And sometimes theres a bad smell comes from the toilet zone.But, the experience is worth it.

A very small place it was 4 tables servicing 17 person in very limited space and the AC was on 27° in Ramadan before Al-Iftar, the food and service were good.Next time visiting Al-Mohandseen Id prefer going to a bigger restaurant.

Creative new fast food restaurant. It has many branches. Has many ideas and delicious sandwiches speacialy the messy items like the madness burgers also the nacho are their new creation that they are famous for. The prices are above average. They have outdoor seatings. But you usually have to wait for an empty seat. Their burger is fine however fudrruckers are better but more expensive

Take away experience;I ordered take-away burgers from willy’s based on the fact that its healthier than mac.-overall burgers were good but not as tasty as i was expecting, i think mac burger is better in terms of sauces, cheese and ketchep. I got blue cheese burger cuz i love pomegranate molasses. But i regreted it. They say chili chili is better-fries were diasappointing, too few for 15 LE, also oily. They were like a paste. Its not tasty and doesnt look appetizing either.- stuffed mushroom wasnt delicious and was oilyI recommend not getting any fried food from welly’s.
