Sales assistants are very professional and polite. They are honest about delivery times. Some discounted items do get delivered in 15 days, such as some cookers, dishwashers, etc. Their janitor is super nice and helpful. He could really help y load stuff into your care.

The product is good but salesman had no idea about the correct installation and the guarantee process (wrong info)so if you buy something you should call the hot line to make sure that everything is correct.

Nice small shop for Zanussi brand home appliances. Has many types of appliances. Excellent location serving both Dokki & Mohandessin with convenient working hours.. Small but bright well organized with effecient sales staff. I live on the same street, so they deducted the transport fees from y price, and their staff delivered the appliance to my house on the spot.Advantage: They have a deal with many banks for interest-free installments payment upto 12 months. Car parking possible after 5 pm.
