Well, it was an OK experience cause I used an app called TAZCARA to book my bus tickets, otherwise I wouldve been still in Damietta unable to go back to Alex.Also to go to Damietta from Alex is a bit weird cause you just have two bus schedules, first one from Alex to Damietta moves at 7:00 AM (it was so accurate so dont go late), second one from Damietta to Alex moves at 3:00 PM (was also accurate) more about that in TAZCARA.Approx. Only East & Mid Delta busses go to Damietta so TAZCARA app was the best app for online booking so count that while reserving.

Its not clear & cant be seen from a distance, but you can go anywhere in damiette fron there

You can take bus and run. Dont stay for minute 😏 very poor service, bad bathroom, not sorted at all.

Its called in arabic Bab Elharas in English the guardian door and its in Old Damietta there is bus to Cairo and Microbuses to Portsaied, Ismailia, Cairo and New Damietta but drivers called it Madina.
