If i can give a rating of zero i would! Im visiting egypt from america and am Egyptian. I was exchanging US dollars and they REFUSED to take 2 $20 bills that HAD NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM and they refused and claimed it had a tear and is ripped!! They are completely unprofessional and even wanted to claim my $100 bills which were brand new from the bank had something wrong with them. Completely rude and never going there again! The waiting time is unbelievable, people going in and getting helped without numbers, people coming in way after you finishing before you, so so rude!!

It is not considered a branch in the first place, it can stay for more than 6 hours, and you don’t need what is coming because of it employees are too lazy and indifferent to work and treatment like asphalt and there are no forced waiting places outside the bank
