One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with tour agnecies. An extremely unprofessional, fraudulent tour agent trying to get advantage of a customer in any possible way without even caring or being able to handle simple requests. Never use this agency’s service if you do not want your vacation time being ruined.

Rented two buses from them for a day. The drivers were very pleasant and professional, their rates were quite reasonable.

I booked a transfer with them from Sharm el Sheikh airport to Dahab but nobody came to the airport. I was left alone outside the airport in the middle of the night... I was obliged to take a taxi which was more expensive. Really disappointed...
