The place looks great from outside and the private pool is great.But the rooms are not comfortabl and you have zero privacy as the rooms are not sound proof.Beds are not cleanBed sheets are not cleanThe AC is the worst.Sadly the place didnt meet my expectation or the normal standards for a hotel.I dont think I will come over here again.

The location is brilliant, at the heart of Dahab and at the same time direct to sea side. The staff is very helpful, professional and friendly. The only issue was the standard room was too small for even a small family, parents and a baby. Recommended as it was one of the best hotels I tried on El Mamsha.

For a cheap rate, its not bad, but its not okay to find that amount of ants in my room everyday. Breakfast is not as bad as the room. Pool bar is the only option to get any drinks and its only open till 6pm in a high season. Wifi is useless.

Not as clean as I expected, U can find ants like everywhere there , customer service there is not professional at all ,rooms are so tight but good designed The one stars just for the location but Not the best in town compare if it’s price

They let us rent their pool for the day for 150EGP, towels included. Friendly staff, clean facilities, would recommend.

V. Good place to stay and enjoying the quietness to read or swim in the perfect pool , i spent 4 nights there had excellent experience for all service and food.

The receptionist wasn’t professional when we check in it takes about an hour to reach the room the breakfast is the same everyday but it has great location and clean room but too small and there were no security anyone could enter and reach the rooms easily, the air conditioner wasn’t good and need to be fixed

About a year ago I stayed at Nesima and it was my first time in Dahab. The welcoming staff and neat and clean environment It had made my experience many times better than a regular visit. I loved that place and more the resort providing an overview of the sea and a great location to walk around town.

It is my first visit to the hotel and in the winter I found good service and the overall atmosphere is excellent

Actually the staff is the worst, the attitude and overall behavior is very rude. We were having breakfast and the weather was very humid they would not open the ac claiming the weather is nice. They don’t know the first thing abt customer service. The room was full of ants, bathroom was not even cleaned before we arrived. Worst experience will never come back.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, price, value for money. I am a regular guest but this time the room service was very bad. In 1 week, the towels and bed sheets were changed only once, and I had to call them to remind them to clean

If you are searching about hotels with swimming pools looking directly to the sea, then you will love the place.they have reasonable breakfastall staff are very helpful and polit with smile always.Rooms are very small in somehow compared to the prices, sea view rooms are in the ground, you can barely see the sea from it and very close to the pool so people in the pool can look directly inside your sea view room.we found some ants and they provide us spray immediately, next day small cockroach found dead in the room !first room we book we didnt find hot water, heater not working maybe need small setting or repair, they immediately change our room to another one with working heater.

The worst experience i had in dahab. I come here every year and i tried a lot of places, but nessima hotel was the worst, the room is very small and claustrophobic, the beds are very uncomfortable, and the worst of all is the service. They dont make you feel welcome. I had a fight with one of their staff because i brought a drink to the pool so i can drink it, they said i cant bring drinks from outside, which might be fine if i didnt see him laughing and kidding with a bunch of girls that came to the pool with bags fool of chips and drinks from the supermarket we had next to the hotel. Even the last day i had to pay a full day because i was late for the check out for 3 hours due to the boat i was on, it was late because of the strong wind there was that day. The staff is arrogant and not respectfull even towards my mother that was staying in another hotel and wanted to use my rooms bathroom! They didnt approve at first and when they did they said i couldnt go upstairs with her and i had to wait downstairs. Seriously guys there are so many better hotels and apartments in dahab that make you feel welcome and home. Dont waste your vacation in this terrible hotel..

The hotel staff was really rude to us, we wanted to book day use for three individuals, they told us it is okay, then they told us that they could upgrade us to one triple room ... then when we decide to leave our hotel to go to them they told us that the room is no longer available and they were extremely rude and uninviting.
