We were in Villa Sarda in October 2019. Apartment is big enough, with one big bedroom and one small, 2 bathrooms, big dining room with kitchen. In kitchen there are all you need to cook and to eat from. There also is washing machine – and it works fine. From faucet at the kitchen water is coming with really thin thin jet..Windows, floor, mirrors, kitchen cupboard doors are dirty. In the kettle there were water full with dead ants. Faucet at the biggest bathroom broke at the third day of use(it was almost dead before we started using it), faucet was changed next day by host. There was spider web in each shower cubicle. Water were hardly warm – we were trying to take bath before 21:00, so may be water is warmer after 21:00, don’t know. Air conditioner in the smallest bedroom is so loud that it’s just impossible to sleep when it is working.Apartment is situated at the 2nd floor of the two storey house(on the sea shore), upstairs is big terrace with nice view on the sea.Everything would be really nice if this apartment were governed well- cleaned before letting people in, and fixed santechnics, and air conditioner.Additional feedback:Its a pitty that host doesnt admit the problems and prefers to write that we werent her guests.

This place does not meet expectations at all. Extremely overpriced, the host is the worst. He didnt reply and took our passports for 7 hours. The place is very under maintenance. The toilets are not flushing, the lights are not working in two rooms and the entire apartment has two lights. Four people used one shower. Because the other shower is not working. The pictures are from a long time ago. The host does not fit or respond when needed. Save yourself the headache and your money and go somewhere else. In addition to bugs everywhere, the kitchen and rooms are nasty. We stayed in the green room unfortunately. Mohamed was our terrible host.
