One of the fine scuba diving centre in Dahab, highly recommended and without a shadow of doubt will straight go there again to dive when I am in Dahab again. Mohammad Ali is on top of the game, a no-nonsense yet kind and friendly honest man who will make sure that you get more value for your money, then we have Islam who you see and will fall in love with immediately as he is a funny and friendly guy, he is so cool that I can easily hang around with him and another interesting character they have in the house is Noor. I really recommend the Big Blue Dahab diving center. The staffs and instructors are very kind and considerate. Their location are easy to find, gears are reliable, and price are great.

Such an amazing diving center, they are very caring and passionate about diving. The equipment is very well maintained and looked after, the instructors are very well prepared and they have a lot of knowledge and they will help you however they can.

Was really happy diving for almost a week with Big Blue Dahab.- Good communication- Staff very professional and friendly- Diveguides knowledgable, helpfull and always with good dive plan briefings- Good equipment.Also the boss Mohamed Ali really tried to take care of us and our wishes which was very much appreciated. We went diving with Big Blue after taking a break of more than ten years. They were amazing. Patient and helpful. Definitely will be my in-house diving center in Dahab.

I looked into several diving spots and this one was the cheapest for diving and gear rental. The manager was really easy to communicate with with my questions and arranging a great diving trip and even helped me get a taxi from the airport. I did a 2 tank dive in one day and had a great experience- the dive master was very thorough and patient to make sure we were ok. Would recommend!

This was my second time visiting Big Blue Dahab, and it was another great experience. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and they really made me feel welcome. I completed my PADI open water and advanced open water courses here with Halim, and he is a very passionate and knowledgeable teacher. Mohamed Ali is also great and has very high standards for the resort. I could not recommend them more!

I have just finished 15 amazing dives with those guys, all of which are among the best dives I have ever done. Their instructors are really passionate about their jobs, and knowledgeable about the dive sites. The owner, Mohamed Ali, leads a really flexible company and tries to pair divers and guides very carefully and professionally. Their rental equipment is of good quality, well maintained, and they try to accomodate all your needs, providing you are not exceeding any safety limits. All crew was awesome, and a special thanks should go to Yusteena and Mohamed Leheta, who guided all those great dives. I sincerely hope to get back sometime, and I will be sure to dive with this dive center again!

I recently spent 7 days diving with Big Blue Dahab and I had a hard time leaving the centre because of how nice and caring the staff and instructors were. My friend and I went there for a week of intense diving. They were really flexible and helped us to the best of their ability so that we could hit all of the highlights of diving in Dahab. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Muhammad Ali was available on Whatsapp at literally any hour of the day or night to answer any questions before and during our trip. Muhammad Salah Mustafa is one of the best instructors/guides Ive ever had. It was so important to him to give us the best experience and help us improve our diving skills, even though we were together for just 1 day! These guys really care about you and go the extra mile to take care of you.

Really well priced. Super people. Will miss our diving crew too. UNBELIEVABLE dive sites. The guides are environmental and attentive to safety. Also fed us when we dived near the center - food from king falafel was epic. I could have used a bit more initial briefing on where to find some gear and what to do after we returned but just for me because I like being super prepared.

I had a really good time here in 2010. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay in Dahab. I am glad to hear that Big Blue Dahab is still doing so well and hope to dive here again soon. Dahab is indeed one of the most beautiful diving sites that I have visited.

It was my first time in Dahab and my first diving experience as well. A friend of mine who happens to be an experienced diver, has recommended me to go take my PADI Open Water course with Big Blue. They truly offer a great service, well organized and always on time. My instructors name was Walid, he is known for being a great teacher. I was able to control my buoyancy and be comfortable underwater within a day. The whole crew is made of good people and great personalities, they are now friends. I was happy to stay an extra night to continue diving with Walid and finish my Advanced Open Water training. A great experience, highly recommended!

The staff are very experienced and proffissional. They take great care of equipments and its maintenance. They are caring and passionate of teaching. No matter you struggle in a skill they have patience to teach. I took my PADI OW certificate with them and my instructor Zaki was great. He trained me on every thing, never escape anything. He explained the theoritical parts as well.I got an ear ache . They decided to stop the dive and my instructor went with me to the doctor to explore the problem. I have to not dive for a day and no one push on me. Mohab the manager and My instructor Zaki are very profiisional and very helpful.Not only in diving, I had an issue in my flight and Mohab helped me to solve it.I’m planning to continue my advanced diving course with them. I recommend this place for anyone who want to learn diving profissionally.

We had a great experience diving with Big Blue. Mo made our 5 day dive vacation wonderful, and Omar is a wonderful dive master and a pleasure to spend time with! I wish I could review 5/5 stars based on Mo and Omar, but I must say 4/5 stars because we had a quite negative experience with our first dive master. After talking to Mo about our issues, he completely solved the problem and we were very happy after switching dive masters.

At the time I have already had my open water course certification that I have done with a different diving center in Dahab and my experience to be honest wasn’t that great.So I thought of looking online for another option to get my advanced certification.I stumbled on a few and managed to call a few till I spoke to Moe Hegazy (operation manager) over the phone. The guy spent 32 minutes over the phone with me going over every question I had. Answering it with passion. By the time I hung up, we already made plans for me to go visit and had the feeling I made a new friend without even meeting him.As I arrived, I met with him and he offered me some cold water and coffee as we sat down to plan my course and dives.After, I met Abo Zeyad, who helped me choosing and fitting the right equipment and patiently explaining the differences and the impact of each to my needs and what I am looking for.I did my advanced course with instructor Ahmed Naguib who has been a diver since the age of 12 with over 20,000 dives under his belt. I loved the experience so much that I decided to do my Nitrox (enriched air) and deep diving specialties.I was then introduced to another instructor Amr ElBanna who turned out quite knowledgeable and tough in the way that he REALLY wants you to learn and makes sure you understand every little detail before he proceeds.At this point I simply couldn’t get enough, as I went to do 16 fun dives over the course of a week with a dive master Omar Gamal with the nickname The Godfather. Which refers to The Godfather of divers in Dahab. And simply wow. Such an amazing experience and different in many ways. Although sometimes it’s a dive site I have been to before but the entrance and exits and dynamics are totally different. And also between dives, an encyclopedia of knowledge and information about everything diving.Words can’t describe how grateful and blessed to have stumbled upon your place and I promise I will be visiting again soon with my blood family to visit my big blue family again. Thank you 🙏

Great dive center, professional instructors (Ahmed Naguib, Walid and Omar). They make sure you understand rather than learn by heart. I finished my Rescue/EFR and Deep Diving there.The hotel was also ok compared to the ones around, i stayed in theirs only 1 night.Recommended ++

Great time diving! I did my reactivation course and some adventure dives. The reactivation course was done in the local beaches as opposed to a pool so were great fun at the same time. I recommend!

I did my owc here and did a few extra dives towards my AOW. Great, friendly staff and experienced instructors. I was lucky to have one on one instruction with Walid. I learned a lot and love scuba diving!

I was first introduced to diving world via karim kamel a very passionate helpful diver that you going to find there helping each and everybody get to know what they need about diving..Afterwards I was lucky enough to take my open water course with amr elbana , was supervised by mohamed hegazy as well.. those are people with commitment and love to.the diving sport that drives them to explain and demonstrate allthe theoretical and practical skills needed.. they made it as easy as a piece of cake..I enjoyed every single day and every dive.. My second time at this dive club and I will repeat.Mohamed, one of the owners, always helping me in everything, worrying about how the diving days have gone and solving problems that had nothing to do with diving.Arabí, a freelance diving, was very professional and fun at the same time. He made us spend a day with him very entertaining.Mohamed, something more serious but very professional.If you are thinking of coming to Dahab to dive, do not hesitate to contact them, I have 138 dives, and they have not failed me at all.Just hurry up! Dahab is beginning to suffer the consequences of climate change and the fish and corals to bleach are already beginning to be scarce. A pity!I recommend The Canyon, The Bells and blue hole, and The Islands.Dont think about it anymore, come and find out. You will not regret!. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

When I was in Dahab - still under Israeli occupation in January 1978 - there was no diving club. In general, Dahab was only a small Bedouin village at the time. I also dont remember a hotel.But what Ive been able to remember ever since: snorkeling on the reef of Dahab, I experienced the most beautiful blue of my life. And thats why: Diving or at least snorkeling in the sea of ​​Dahab is a must.

Excellent diving club !! I took an open water diving course for 3 days. I did the theoretical part of watching the movies, a bit boring, but I think its better than guidance on Leib. With clarity, a charming American girl named Christine guided me. She did everything in a very professional and pleasant way. The atmosphere at the club is excellent, the people are nice and the flow flexible. recommended!!
