Employees are the cheapest asset in this startup company, most of the employees are interns (paid almost nothing against the law of labor) or fresh grads, I can say its a good opportunity for beginners and fresh grads but not as much for skilled professionals. The turnover rate is insanely high. I had to resign as there was zero room for my growth in this company.Also, there is a disconnect between the account executives and most of the developers. Account executive and upper management always negotiate the estimated time plan for any project which leads to missing the deadline on many occasions, and adds lots of extra pressure on the developer, which wont be appreciated by the management even if you worked extra hours and in weekends to try to meet this deadline (you also wont get paid for any overtime).I resigned more than two years ago but Ive heard that during this period they have done some changes like cancelling the daily 1-hour-lunch-break, adding business management and technical management as a layer between the account executives and the developers and between the account executives and the managing director.
