Biography of Major General Abdel Hamid Abdel Aziz Abdel Hamid Mohamed El Hagan, Governor of Qalyubia************************************************** **************************Born in Giza Governorate on January 13, 1952.He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Diploma in Police Sciences in 1975, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration in 1986.Upon graduating, he worked as an officer in the Cairo Security Directorate from 1975 to 1982, then became the Secretary-General of the Administrative Control Authority.Major General Abdel Hamid Al-Hagan assumed his duties as the governor of Qena, one of the largest governorates of Upper Egypt, in 2013 after the June 30 revolution.Al-Hagan held the position of one of the leaders of the Administrative Control Authority for 30 years, progressing in several leadership positions in the Authority until he reached the Assistant Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority and the Secretary-General. Then he was appointed Governor of Qena to enter the year 2017.He received awards and certificates of appreciation in the work of the administrative control. He obtained 7 training courses in, the basic course, planning budgets, criminal procedures, feasibility study, administrative review, two courses in the English language, and also when he was on missions abroad in official missions and the number were as follows: Czechoslovakia, USA, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Italy, and Thailand.
