The hotel is new and well furnished . Most of the rooms got beautiful view . 2 heated pool and full equipped spa. Breakfast buffet is good dinner needs much improvement

The resort is the same as the famous international hotel, the view is very good the employees are very pleasant and always ready to help the food tastes good but no wide selection, the room serves is OK but nothing in the refrigerator just small number of tea bags and coffee and two small bottles of water a day

A great location with available parking (which you have to pay for), lovely design, many working elevators and good TV entertainment system. A few things need improvement though. Room cleanliness and house keeping service is unsatisfactory. Food quality is below average (but is available in quite large quantity). Receptionists need to be much more professional when dealing with guests. I sincerely hope the management would attend to those shortcomings as the place has every potential to become a huge attraction in Sokhna region.

Perfect hotel with perfect veiw, very rapid check in time i think it takes 10 minutes only. the room is excellent and the room is very wide and it is pool and sea view and very close to the restaurant.The food quality is very good but the restaurant is moderately crowded. the hotel has 3 pools one heated, one covered for females only and the last one is open air and not heated. The beach is very far woth rocky floor. The staff are extremely friendly but not professional.

Nice place, very new which had some negatives as some facilities were not yet open, the food was much better than I expected, the rooms were big and comfy the bath room was huge and well equipped, the pool was nice, I had a nice time in the spa, I dont recommend going to the beach in thus time as there is an oil patch wich is filling the sand and water with black tar. I cant understand the very expensive parking fee, its absurd, it is not even shaded or inside a building , it is just an open parking lot which is very far from the hotel and will give you a bad time if you forgot something in the car and went back to get it . Some rules are very stiff and the management is not very flexible in accommodating any changes.Finally it is a nice place with nice views.

A great addition to the touristic map in Egypt generally and Ain Sokhna specifically it is intelligently located above el galala mountain having a broad view of the smooth clear red sea and gulf of Suisse the Resort is a huge building generously decorated with a nice entrance made with marble famous to be extracted from el galala hills rooms are captious nicely equipped and comfortable having a nice view of the sea and pools restaurants are nice with great variety of food and cleanliness and taste, complimentary WiFi is nice staff are helpful and polite a highly recommended place to visit

Rooms were unclean when on checking in and when asked for room service the receptionist was rude. Food is poor and hospitality is unacceptable. The room’s door got jammed and after an hour and a half of trying to open it (going back an forth from reception to the room with card and even the master card couldn’t open it). We got exhausted and asked the receptionist to see the manager as he couldn’t solve the problem. He replied rudely and even claimed that I insulted him and called security!! It’s not worth your money and I even will check out before my check out date because I cant stand this place

Good place for couple of vacation days.. the room, the food , the pool and the decorations of the hotel were wonderful..the beach need some work. The staff need to consider to be reachable and available all the time as for my experience they werent there I needed them it took more than to 3 hrs to answer the phone.

The view of mountains together with the sea is amazing.. the pools are nice... the restaurant takes five stars specially for deserts and pasta corner... the house keeping service takes 3 stars as I have to call it more than 5 times to fix the safe ..the beach is good with some nice activities like sea trips and parachute

The place is so great , the nature is spectacular, the food is good especially the deserts were amazing , but the staff there werent so friendly , the staff at the pool got us out of the pool at 5:30 , even that it closes up to 6:30 or 7:00 , and the house keeper didnt clean our room completely, other than that the hotel is very good but it needs to have activities to do.

The hotel is very elegant and huge you can I joy the shining pools heated and cold the food is great and the rooms are speciios too, the view from the back is great you can injoy the facilities of the hotel till 5.15 pm , the beach is accessible through free shuttle every 15 min. A large, luxurious, modern hotel from within the Galala Resort. This is a hotel next to the Tulip Majestic. It has 2 large swimming pools, not 2 for children. The rooms are very spacious, and most of them have views of mountains, sea and Pepsin because it is on a hilly area or a high hill. In the 4th year, the food tastes sweet, but it is not varied, but the sweets are many and varied and satisfy most tastesI recommend it to families
