We really enjoy our stay here! The staff is incredibly friendly, the hotel is nice and clean and the food is just amazing... The Golf hotel has a nice infinity pool, but you can use the bigger pool at the Grand Hotel, too. They give you a ride in a Golf car to the other Pool, thats fun! Did I mention the amazing food? No? The food is amazing 😁

One of the worst places you can go to. The village has no quality of service at all in it. The streets are unpaved. The lights at night are almost non-existent. The level of services is less than you think. The treatment of the workers in the village is very bad. As for the sea, it is a farce of security. They try to infringe on rentail clients and prevent them from roaming and sitting on the beach except in specific places. I do not recommend this village at all to tenants. You will find You paid a very large amount and the return is nothing.

The worst experience ever with very rude staff, totally unprofessional and after coming from Cairo we left 10 minutes later they were extremely bad at everything even welcoming the guest they couldnt do it properly. Fix your Hotel and hire proper employees..

Everything in this hotel is excellent, I have been spending my vacation there for more than six years and never felt bored. Let’s start with thanks for the friendly staff and special thanks to Mr. Gerges, who is pretty helpful and kind to guests. For the golf hotel guests, they have access to the pool and beach in the Grand hotel, there, guests can enjoy the amazing pool and a wide variety of beach and water activity. You can also choose to use the pool of the Golf hotel, it’s small but heated and has a nice golf view.Regarding food, it’s vary and high quality. The service too is very good.Rooms are very clean, however, the furniture is a little old and needs renovation.At the end of the day, the golf hotel is the right place to spend your vacation in Ain El-Sokhna.

It is one of my favourite Hotels. it is my comfort zone in Al-Ain Al-Sokhna. as the stuff is very friendly and helpful and they treat you as you are part of their family.

The place is nice. Too quiet. Nature is wonderful. Its very green. The beach is nice. However, we were stuck is a small portion of the beach which is dedicated for tenants. The rest of the beach is for the owners of the chalets and the hotel guests.Would be a bit boring for kids.Its the perfect stay if you want to relax.

Stayed there for two nights in August 2020:•The room was very expensive for about $150 per night (and that’s the rate for Egyptians). For this price I could have went to Europe!•The food was very bad and there was no buffet. When we asked why they said it was for corona safety but the real reason was because there was very little guests in the hotel to afford a buffet. Nonetheless they should have made that clear at the time of booking instead of having surprised us with forcing us to eat a specific set menu (which was quite bad).•No beach here. Had to take a car or club car drive us to the other hotel with the swimming pool or sea. (They only have a tiny swimming pool).•The room was clean but the beds were extremely uncomfortable because the mattress was extra extra soft almost like water and couldn’t sleep well at all (felt sunken inside of it). Also, the rooms had some insects like mosquitos. Finally the window handle was broken.•Very boring and nothing to do at the hotel.I regret this trip and will not go there again.Overall, if you’re an 80 year old who wants a place of boredom then this may be for you but I would take a trip to somewhere more worth your money.

My wife and I were at this nice hotel accompanied by two friends for two nights, it is a small clean hotel, well managed, good helpful staffWe stayed in this hotel but used beach facilities of the other Stella Di Mare Grand.Our booking was on half board basis, the buffet was nothing special, just average.This was our second time in this hotel.

Quite place and take you out of the world during time you stay there

The resort: bathrooms by the sea is so dirty and people by the towels area didnt want to handle us towels until we called reception, comparing to the money spent it doesnt deserve it!!Food: regarding food it was nice but how i am on the beach while water and fresh drinks are not included with my meal!!! anyways you pay much on gates but that doesnt mean you wont pay more on the beach!!

It is very cozy and quite. The view is very nice on a golf field, pool and a small lake. The waiters were professional and helpful. The place is family friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Bad experience though hotel manager tried to ease the situation resources very limited, poor quality of food, taxis not available to go out of the hotel. Will never come back waste of time and money

The hotel is pretty great! Youve got a nice room, with many things in it. One thing thats great is the beach. Its super warm most of the time, its very sandy, so dont worry about rocks, and you can find some jellyfish in the water, and dont worry they dont sting but still- dont touch them. Another thing is the rooms and places you get. You can rent a small little house, or you can get a nice room at the golf hotel which comes with a pool, football table and ping pong. Plus a soccer field which you ask the reception to go there and get a ball. Last but not least, The Grand Hotel. If you want to go to the beach you can stay there or you can take a golfcart if your a golf hotel guest.

The rooms are great, the pool is small but its moderate for the amount of guests. The food is mediocre however the staff are really friendly. This is our second time here as we enjoyed our first time.

The hotel cant be considered 4stars . Food quality is bad. No drinks in dinner even water in half board meals .you should buy drinks and water for extra money out side package. Refrigerator in room is not working . Odor in bathroom is not good may be related to bad sewage system. No internet in lobby

Well spaced to reasonable prices. Excellent amenities considering the sister facilities of Seaclub hotel and Grand hotel are all available for the visitors.

One minus star coz it is a muslim country and they prevent muslim suim suit in the pools . Another star minus coz managemer was rude to her staff in reservation in front of customers . She was rude
