Location is very bad. Rooms are not that good. Heated pool is very small. Beach is veeery poor and far from hotel.Tedafun vally staff very rude.Hotel staff were the only plus for the place they were so friendly.

Its a nice hotel, quite, clean, neatStaff are all friendly and helpful special thanks to Mr. IbramAnd as well the animation team I send special thanks to Mohammed and Hanan they made my daughter so so happy.The thing I did not like was the food variety, but I should mention that the staff was really very great smile all the time.

Highly recommended for families with kids and youth who needs a full of activity experience.Very good quality food but not much variety.It takes almost 35 min to go to the beach using the teda buses but the beach worth the time you spent to go, such a sandy beach and clear blue sea ❤They have a very nice Aqua games for kids and adults each separateThey are very clean, organised and house room service is perfectThe only 2 things i want complain about is a bad smell in the bathroom specially at night and their is no room view (i think regarding the hotel design 2 building and pool in between so most of the rooms your view is the restaurant roof)

The place was nice, but not luxurious. There was no beach they take you in a bus for about half an hour to reach their beach as it is faraway from the hotel. When we finish it took about 45 min.to arrive the hotel as the road was very busy and full of trucks.

Nice place excellent for Family and kids, safe, clean. They have extra free kids Fun Park.Despite its little far from Beach. Swiss Tada have a shuttle bus for its dedicated Beach.

Honestly, I wish the hotel recieve 7-stars by 2022 so I would visit again with my family and congratulate the whole team as they deserve this due to their excellent, kind and co-operative attitude and beautiful attractive location.

Very limited food variety, horrible food quality, beach is very far away takes around 30 min to reach by car and the road is currently undergoing heavy constructions... over all its not recommended at all and overpriced

It was a great stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful -starting from the concierge/ reception, service housekeeping and kitchen,guest relation and animation Team.Food was good and plenty.Kids loved the games with the animation Team and the whole family had fun on the water slides.Fun valley is great for smaller kids as well as for bigger ones(like VR studio or Go- cart rally).There is also a privat beach,just 15 min away from the hotel by shuttle bus.Will be back for sure, thanks to the friendliness and professional service.

It has the worst WiFi Internet speed and signal i have ever seen, it didnt even come up to 1MB when I used speed test, rather than this all is average.

Prices high for what they have, place Locked off view, nothing really special except the aqua park for kids are very nice and friendly, stuff not professional, nobody smiles, reception should be more educated to welcome customers and value them, people are nice but there’s something bothering them maybe the need rise their salary to be more excited for work and serve customers.

Well its an amazing staff plus kids will love the place but they have serious issues with maintenance plus they must renew their hotel items such as the towels , bed sheet. Pillow covers etc. But again the Egyptian staff are amazing very helpful and polite

It was an unpleasant experience! The hotel was clean & the food tasted fine but it lacked any kind of customer service: the hotel is short on staff, the existing staff are under qualified , not taking any hygiene or safety measures, the restaurant is a mess, bad attitude from the buffet staff, lack of coordination between the reservation dept & the front desk and the fun Valley is a failure.

Service is so good, Aquapark was so entertaining but the sea was so far and it needs 25 mins to go bu the hotel shuttle bus.

The place used to be good 5 years ago .. now furniture is quite old, pool and aqua park are not clean .. although the hotel crew are helpful..EXCEPT fun valley crew they used to reply to their visitors in a very rude way and that was the reason me and my friends more than 12 visitors did early check out and went to another hotel i wish hotel administration pay more attention selecting their employees

Went there on 16/11 for 2 nights with the kids, twin bedroom, nice in general.Staff are very friendly and nice, food is nice as well with good variety, main attractions are the 2 parks with games outside which you get 200 points per night stayed in the hotel, kids loved it.We had live entertainment just for us.Only down point is you cant really use pools or water games in cold weather, also be ware that the hotel is in mid of industrial area, however no pollution of any kind noticed.Will go back there, but in warmer weather.

Good hotel with affordable price, and it have many activities specially for kids.it is one of the nearest (Shokna) hotels to Cairo around 1 hour from the ring road.it is not located on the beach, but they provide a bus that can take you to the beach, every one hour.The food is not quite good but it is okay (6/10)

The hotel is good and clean, the working staff is cooperative, the spa is very good, the hotel is suitable to bring your kids specially in the presence of aqua park which is safe for children, the restaurant in not bad but need more varities of food, the hotel not located at the sea an the problem is that tha beach is away from the hotel about 17 km but the hotel offers transportation to the beach at different times thoughout the day time.

Check in was fast. Beds matress are really hard. Bad view from room on the staff building so we couldnt open windows. Food is not tasty. Limited variety. Beach is sandy and nice but small and only one shower in the middle of sands. Good aqua where kids will enjoy

Wonderful hotel with fun facilities for adults and kidsContains mini aqua park with slides for adults and kids to enjoy and separate kids pool with some aqua toysAlso a fun valley which is a dinosaurs park with some games outdoor where you can enjoy your day and your kids will have fun and an indoor games for kids and toddlers which was really amazing and they had lots of fun 🤩Restaurant was really good offering delicious food, staff were really friendly and helpfulThe downside that the hotel is located inside the Chinese industrial zone in Sokhna but we didn’t observe or smell any air pollution but in the other hand its an advantage as you will find it not crowded at all also the fun valley you may be the only people in it which is awesome as you get to play and enjoy the games with no hustle

Its a good place for families especially those families that have a lot of kids where you will find a big good play zoon with different kinds of games. In addition to the 7D cinema ana the horror games as well.For the hotel it self i liked the open buffet there with good choices.For the accommodation its good but not the best.

This place used to be much better in terms of facilities, level of cleaning, and staff attitude. Now it is just ok for not more than 3 nights stay for a quick kids fun break. The Aqua park and near by Teda Fun Valley are the most awesome spots for kids, evening animation is also good enough to attend once. Room service is ok but facilities are really getting clearly out of order. The resturant was actually the most disappointing spot at least compared to our earlier stays. Parking slots available free of cost but it is located under direct sun without shields.

It is nice place and good staff but it will be better if they make all inclusive option because half board not good as you have to buy evry thing till water if u want u have to pay during meals or out of meals. Water and food expensive inside and not allowed to bring from out side.It is in industry place.No pharmacy there.Rooms very nice and decorated for kids.They do there best to make u comfortable as much as there policy allow.

The hotel is good and facilities are new. Food is very good. Kids facilities are very nice.However, the hotel doesnt provide water in meals!! Wifi is not good. Check in was slow. Overpriced a bit considering half-board facilities.

The only good things are the clean room, kind staff and aqua sports. Otherwise, the beach is out of the hotel. Actually its a shared beach in another resort called Tulip. Cant go to beach by your car, only by hotels bus which go there every hour. Moreover, you cant use the pool near to beach, you have to go back to hotel if you need the pool!It takes 20 minutes to the beach + waiting ~15 minutes in the bus to move.Breakfast and dinner are open buffet but you have to pay for water!! The quality and taste of food is bad. Pool is small but there is a nice aqua sports. Its cost is high against the quality of services provided.

I decided to give this place a chance based on reviews here. I was really disappointed!- Price is way higher than the services provided compared to other resorts in Sokhna.- Cleanliness is absolutely horrible. Starting from the poop-stained toilets in the lobby to the dirty floors in our room.In addition to the waiters in the restaurant using their bare hands to set the buffet. The concept of cleanliness is dead in this place everywhere!!- Food is really poor in taste and variety. My 2 toddlers didnt eat a single bite, while I got stomach ache right after finishing dinner!- Atmosphere is neither relaxing nor entertaining. To begin with the very bad view from our balcony which is supposed to be pool view. It is just the view of some old buildings and a football pitch. Lucky enough we didnt opt for the parking view!To the very loud noise of the animation team lasting till 12.00 am.- Pools are all dirty with flowers petals floating on the surface. There is only one usable pool that is relatively small in size. Apart from the pool in the Aqua Park and another very small heated pool.- Rooms are good in size but bad in design and furnishing. Bed covers has lint that makes it almost impossible to sleep with such coarse fabrics.The good points we found in our stay:• Great breakfast• Playing areas for kids• Nice and helpful staffSeriously, I wouldnt go there again and wouldnt recommend it to any one.

Poor cleaning and covid precautions in rooms, restaurants, and aquapark area,I stayed for a week after then I was infected by covid 19.

The stuff was really helpful and professional, thank you Mohamed Saad - Duty Manager and Hassan from front office.On the other hand the location is the worst in the whole world, the food was terrible breakfast and dinner both were lower than bad, I guess the executive chief should be burn in hell. Bad ingredients (fruits has no taste and veggies are old may be cut from 3 days), very bad variety of food and despite of the variety the taste was awful (no standards like put everything in one pot and you well get a food, its not army guys).Was really the worst food Ive ever eaten in years.The two stars for the front office only, restaurant should be rated -100.

Very nice location.Really good entertainment facilities.Very friendly staff.The only bad point is, that the staff isnt completely ready for big groups.I organized a school trip there, and many students had to wait for a really long time just to have breakfast or dinner.

Its my second visit to this place ... It is suitable for a real family holiday ...We enjoyed the beach also that is 30 min away from the hotel ...Fir the kids .. they enjoyed the aqua, Jurassic park and car races.

I visited this hotel twice. First time was from one year and m I was happy with the facilities and services.This year, I surprised with the hotel situation, lousy services and the dirty ( yes dirty ) resturant plates and tables.I decided next time I will go to any other hotels and just visit the water world and fun areas as outside gust.

1. Location: very bad as it is near by a lot of Factories (industrial area) and even room view is looking on Factoriesu20282. Beach: very bad quality water as it is near by SUMED terminal and it is heavily affecting water quality plus it is far from the Hotel (15 min by car)u20283. Room quality is poor (the sink was blocked, and room service didn’t even bother to fix)u20284. Food has no varieties at allu20285. No full board policy and hence every single item outside breakfast & dinner is with extra charge (water, drinks, even the trampoline for kids costs 25 L.E per 15 minutes!)u20286. Aqua park is not as huge as it seems in the pictures.(very dull and boring)u20287. Kids Show: even this wasn’t as good as expected, staff really doesn’t have any sort of talent at all.

The wifi is very bad also the mobile signal is very bad , it has good aqua park for kids , the rooms quite good, the beach of the hotel which you ride the hotel bus to reach it is not good , the food is good , the animation team is very boring, most of the fun valley games is not working , high prices against the provided service especially it is not on the sea or sea view

Wonderful place for kids of almost all ages. There is literally something for every child. There is a kindergarden from 9 to 12a.m. there are aqua games in the pool, a chalet area with lots of chearful colors and games like the seasaw and merry go-round and 4 or 5 giant slides extending from the first floor to the ground. That is not to mention the fun vally which is split in 3 areas, the amusement park with a dinosaur theme, the racing world with different car racing arenas and a 5d cinema, and last but not least,the soft area with tons of toys for the kids.

Better than i expected, whole experience very very good, location is the best to cairo only 1 hour, room was clean, food dinner buffet and breakfast buffet is tasty and various, toilets near restaurant was very clean, quality good in all services especially restaurant and food quality very very good

Wonderful hotel 🏨...great variety of food on breakfast and dinner..the problems is that the beach takes more than 15 minutes to get there and it only opened from 10:00 am and that’s because some people like to see the sunrise on the beach...the hotel is overlooking on an industrial area and that’s not an advantage..Thanks a lot for everything else.
