We had a great time at Abouda Guest House. The room was very clean, and the hotel offers a beautiful terrace with the best view of the Nile ever! Also the place has super strong wifi which is great if you need to work while staying in Aswan. I am a digital nomad myself and while traveling throughout Egypt, this was the only place I found with strong and stable wifi. I could work on the terrace and have a great view of the Nile which was a superb experience. Finally mister Mohamed and his brother Emad were great hosts and did everything they could to help us enjoy our stay. We totally recommend it!

Really nice and helpful hosts, excellent breakfast, amazing view from the rooftop. Air condition and fan work properly; WiFi is quite good. The ferry to Aswan is just one minute away and you have plenty of restaurant options nearby. We highly can recommend the felucca tour around the island with one of the hosts.

A new guesthouse in a beautifully decorated house on Elephant Iland, very close to the nile shore. The owner has wide knowledge of egypt and nubian culture. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. I recommend!

Beautiful place, fantastic views across the Nile to Aswan

The welcome from our host Abouda was very good. We talked every night about what we were going to do. Elephantine Island is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are clean and air conditioned, the bedding is good and the breakfasts on the terrace good and varied.Abouda can help you with anything you want to organize.For the services offered, although the prices are acceptable, there are clearly other more attractive possibilities which have not been mentioned.

We have stayed during our visit to Aswan, and I have to say that the treatment has been excellent by the hosts. We have lost a wallet and they have helped us by solving the problem. Very clean rooms and great location.
