Good clean salon.Professional environment and friendly staff.

Terrible service, poor customer experience. It’s just a name and they really disappointed me on my visit and I won’t ever go back.

Over expensive for basic services, quality of the service is basic for such famous and expensive place. I dont recommend it.

What’s good about this place:- Professional staff- Very convenient system, same as in any Al Sagheer, not alot of waiting time- Garden for an outdoor coffee while waiting.- All the staff members are wearing masks at all times.What’s not so good about this place:- I don’t really see anything being disinfected in-front of me, not the chairs or even the tools.- Working at full capacity during a pandemicPs: Don’t forget to ask about your student discount if you have an ID on you!

Loved the experience, all there are very professional

I have never had a worse experience in a barbershop. The process was horrendous every step.In the very beginning, I was told I have to wait 2 hours for my turn. I waited.While waiting for my turn, the cafeteria had no chairs, so they gave me a random white chair with the cushion disgustingly dirty.After 2 hours passed, I went and talked to the receptionist because I saw 3 people come after me and go in and finish before me. He told me that never happens and Im next.Then a man came in, said something to one of the barbers and gave him money and then when the barber was done they called that man and told me he booked the barber by name and thus has the right to come in before me. Never mind I waited for 2 hours. This happened 2 more times.Then after I called the manager, I was told my turn is next.So far 2.5 hours passed, and it was finally my turn. I walked to the chair and it was not cleaned from the customer before. I told him please clean it. He just air blew the hair to the floor and I had to ask him to remove the hair before I sit.After all of this, the barber had zero skill and kept saying unsavory jokes of me visiting again and how I have to give them slack because theyve been working since morning.All in all, the premium price tag is for the marble floors and nothing else. Zero value in terms of time, professionalism, management and skill.
