One of the best fitness clubs in Cairo . Great atmosphere friendly staff wide playground area large jacuzzi steam also available. Ladies only special training area wide selection of body building and fitness machines on the down side no parking area and price range is little bit high

One of the best gyms in New Cairo, especially the efficiency of the trainers, especially thanks to Captain Ahmed Abdel Hamid. The place is missing because it is not open 24 hours

There is no ventilation for the place or even one window, which makes you feel tired during the exercise and the inability to complete the exercise
