Good place for parties and gathering.The bathrooms are acceptable clean.The villa has many bed rooms.The owner is professional and easy to deal with him.

I don’t recommend that place, wide but old and the owner doesn’t pay for renewing

A suitable place for parties in light of the circumstances we are in. It is spacious and accommodates 250 guests without risk. The decorations that can be used in it. I think it is a lot. The only flaw in it is the insistence of the workers to tip in a really provocative way.

The place is deteriorating for the worse. Poor attention to the bathrooms and the repair of damaged ones, and there are no trash cans and soap. The water flow is weak there. Broken nets, without repairs, and door handles with damaged balcony. And the lack of availability of air conditioners, fans or curtains in all rooms, but some of them without the other, even though the atmosphere is very hot there .. many flies with no pesticides in it. Al-Bessin decor renovations are very silly and made it worse in form and design .. We hope the owner of the place remedy the problems and treat them and increase the available rooms in the villa because they are very few and put clear and strict warnings about maintaining the cleanliness of swimming pools instead of exaggerating the use of chlorine in it !!

An open place for engagement and marriage parties is of course better than closed places due to the spread of the krona, it is better, but the rooms must be taken care of.
