Service is not bad but not to the level of BMW, they still need much to improve specially their parts availability , the waiting area and the WC is horrible

Car reception went smoothly however the spare part is not available and will be on a waiting list

Weird place and process to keep the car in the waiting area for 4 hours despite having pre-booked time slot via their hotline, after which I asked whats wrong and they looked confused calling for the engineer in charge, but he couldnt explain anything apart from gently offering to finish it in 30 min or book another appointment, I definitely refused to wait and thanked him but will never go back!
