We did a travel through Egypt in end dec 21 with 8 people and from the beginning on the contact and understanding of what we wanted was excellent and highly professional. the ability to always find a solution, to be prepared for whatever might come, to really answer every question... me and the whole group are 100% satisfied. ahmed the ceo of ibis suggested to spend some nights in khan duidar inn, a luxery, friendly rooftop hotel which i am still dreaming of.the whole journey was fantastic organized by ibis and we were blessed with the tour guide Abdullah whom i can recommend for any group travel, patient, experienced, extremely knowledgeable and highly helpful person.i would always go back to ibis egypt tours because they proofed to do what they promised and provided the most amazing journey for me and the whole group.shukran and hopefully soon again ✨🙏👌👍

Our group had beautiful spiritual private places to meditate. Our guide Abdula Nasr was very knowledgeable, kind and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, safe and have the best experiences in Egypt. Mr. Ahmed, the owner, was so kind and welcoming. His accommodations were very comfortable and the food was delicious, fresh Egyptian food typical of the Giza area. The River Nile Cruise was wonderful as well as stopping along the Nile to visit major temples. Our visit to Aswan was extraordinary....cruising down the Nile in the Egyptian boats was a delight. The weather was warm and sunny. We ate at a wonderful local restaurant in a Nubian village (Aswan) and had delicious traditional food and they played traditional Nubian music. So many more wonderful experiences...too many to list. We are so grateful for Abdula for taking such good care of us. We now have an Egyptian family with Ibis to go back to. We had taken an ibis tour of egypt from 16-24 june,it was a terrible experience,our representative in cairo was all talk and no work all the place they take you and the shops have already a commison pay in place with guides so they take u to places which are expensive they promised us veg food but all we got was fake promises and nonsense food. the guide paints a pretty picture but in reality its not.they are gonna charge u an absurd amount for various activities which u would like to do but actually price is very low the guide charged us 80$ per person for ballon ride in luxor bt we booked it through the side and got it for a lesser price about 20-25$ less it tells you about the scamming these people do.In cairo they charged us 60$ for veg lunch but its was pathetic we had to spit out the food.after cairo we were taken to luxor we didnt face any problems because meals were on our own. we were promised bottle of water each day bt were only given on 1st day we only got them after we talked to the guide.After luxor we were taken to hargada near red sea on the way the driver stopped at a shop they were asking 50cents for using bathroom and after that they told us that it was in dollars not egyptian pound.They ask for tips for all guides and drivers even after tips were paid in full 25$ per person at the start.we r now in hargada our last day.we do not reccomend anyone take their tour you will be better off without the guides and tour operatives.they shadow everythng that you do and scam you. thank you for your service and making it the worst holiday we have had.

From 11th March 2019, group of 13 adults from SriLanka visited Egypt for 10 days.Mr Ashraff of IBIS travels implemented our Itinerary efficiently.We were able to visit all the important places in Egypt without any disappointment.I wish to thank IBIS travel, specially Mr.Ashraff and our tour guide we referred to asAdam.Hats off to you guys!.You made us safe.Our only concern was in general Driving habits of Egyptian drivers.We were all praying as soon as we got into any land based transportation.Egyptian drivers, drive fast whilst Texting on their mobile phones.They totally disregard the safety of the passengers and break every road rule on the planet earth, if such thing exist in the land of Pharos,Ramses and Cleopatras. Being almost an atheist I myself started praying and became very close to God.That was an experience.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Egypt.Thank youDr.Balapuwaduge Mendis

1) The company has hired a new front man by name Mr IHAB who charged us 70 US Dollars per person for the Light and Sound show at the pyramids, way too high. Should have been 50 US.2) For 2 subsequent days he charged us 20 US Dollars per person for lunch, way too high than lunch even in a 5 star hotel.3) They took us for the Suez canal trip by charging 70 US Dollars per person with sight seeing and tickets. Due to some technical reason sight seeing could not happen but they did not refund part of our money.I spoke to Mr Abdul Khattab about the issues mentioned above and even handed a signed paper to Mr AHMED KHATTAB. He promised and assured me that he will talk to his front man Mr IHAB and revert to me the next day but that never happened.Was highly recommended by my local travel agent, so kept on giving money in US Dollars to Mr IHAB, only to realise on the last day that we were highly overcharged.Please be careful of being taken for a good ride in Egypt.
