Great service and cars - Porsche - what can you say

Our first experience with the Porsche dealership located in Abu Rawash, Egypt came about in July 2020 when we needed to confirm that our Porsche Macans warranty and services were honor in Egypt as our vehicle was imported from United States. That first experience was very good. The customer services was very professional and it answered all our concerns. The dealership is located in an industrial area very accessible from a major highway. There is a small visitors parking in front of the building. The dealer has a showroom and a lobby that is clean, organized, and well maintained. The maintenance and bodywork shops are located in the back of the building as well as the carwash. Unfortunately, the Porsche dealers in Egypt do not carry an inventory of Porsche accessories (such as cargo liner, Porsche stickers, wheel caps, etc.) other than a vehicle cover. Thereafter, we scheduled our first routine maintenance and paint polishing. That is when I met Mr. Hany Youssef, Senior After Sales Advisor. Mr. Youssef professionalism and customer services was impeccable. The vehicle intake process was smooth and very professional. During the couple of days process Mr. Youssef kept me not only informed of the progress, but provided advise and recommendations as they found parts to be replaced during the maintenance check. Their performance in the maintenance and polishing work was outstanding. During these special times of Covid 19, Mr. Youssef (as well as I do) always wears a mask when he talks to me - something I do appreciate. Then a couple of months after the maintenance work, flying rocks did hit the front bumper, hood, and top of the vehicle for which needed bodywork. I called Mr. Youssef and immediately provided me with a repairs quote for my insurance. Mr. Youssef definitely did outstanding by accommodating the bodywork job around our personal schedule. Then we decided to paint the whole vehicle to eliminate any possibility of paint mismatch - something that Mr. Youssef was able to accommodate as well. When I dropped off the vehicle, Mr. Youssef was very kind, gave me a tour of the shops facilities and introduced me to some of the staff. He explained me the process and sequence of painting the vehicle parts. I was extremely impressed with the impeccable organization, cleanness, and machinery of the shops work area. I had the great honor to meet the painting and denting teams that were going work on my vehicle - Mr. Mohamed Badr, Painter, Mr. Ahmed Badr, Painter, Mr. Mahmoud, Painter, Mr. Mohamed Shaaban, Color Mixer, Mr. Romany and Mr. Alaa from the denting team. Kudos and my hat off to you for the outstanding work you did on our vehicle. A super job! And of course, Mr. Youssef , thank you not only for your professionalism, but your integrity, honesty, support, and customer services. Last but not least, my kudos and appreciation to the Abu Rawash Porsche dealership management for having employed this high caliber employees. Again, thank you Mr. Youssef, Mr. Mohamed Badr, Mr. Ahmed Badr, Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Mohamed Shaaban, Mr. Romany and Mr. Alaa. Keep up the good work!
