Setting: The restaurant has a very elegant decor and calm atmosphere.Sevice: unfortunately, staff are unfriendly; they appear to be uncomfortable and overwhelmed, none of them is smiling and their overall performance is negative as if something wrong was going on in the place, for example the guy that served our food put the dish without saying a word, greeting us or even looking at us. The only guy that was doing a good job was the waiter who took the order.Food rating:Tabouleh: needs more olive oil, lemon and salt in other words the dressing wasn’t enough for the portion served.Falafel salad: very delicious!Hummos: acceptable average ratingHummos kawarma: the ghee used in this dish tastes awfulMutabbal: so goodWarak inab: goodBatata harra: avergeFatayer spinach: the spinach filling tastes good however the dough doesn’t taste good and is also undercookedKebbeh: the shapes of the kebbeh is unacceptable and is nothing like kebbeh; the taste is below averageEggplant fatteh: less than averageRiz bel lahem: looks and tastes really badMashewe: tawouk is tasty, kafta is average and meat is badChicken sawda (liver): smells awful and is not cleaned wellBoneless chicken: undercooked and dry (not juicy)Cheese rolls rkakat: has something that tastes weird and horribleRice pudding: horribleChocolate cookies: badOverall rating is bad; it’s really sad for such a nice restaurant with some good items to face these problems. They should work more and improve.
Their manager claims to speak english and understands nothing. Anyone who works at a restaurant is trained on customers having allergies . Yet they cannot confirm whether their bail pesto sauce has nuts in it or not. To a point where I just didnt order anything . Its ironic that their menu is in English yet their waiters dont understand whats written, only the arabic. And they play English music . Pathetic for a big establishment. It doesnt make any sense to me .
The food was extremely tasty and very authentic! The staff was very friendly and paid attention to my requests and my allergies! They we’re very friendly and attentive, the chefs in this restaurant deserves awards!! The fresh lemon juice was very tasty and refreshing, the eggplant fattah was yummy on another level!! Totally recommend this place, you’ll enjoy the food with a nice view and a very calm ambiance🔥Kudos
Good price very high quality food drinks and service... only negative points that they always push you to have food or dessert... but beautiful place in general and parking space is very good.
The place is pleasant specially the outdoor seatings. Nevertheless, very busy on weekends and the order is always very late. The food is delicious specially their chicken liver with dibs romman.
The stuff needs to be a bit flexible with the customized order especially if the restaurant has already all the ingredients .The food taste is delicious, and the portions became enlarged.
One of the best Lebanese restaurants in Cairo! I ordered almost all the appetizers, everything was amazing. I LOVE their hummus and the Muhamarra is very good as well. I didn’t take pictures of everything but we got chicken livers and sausages, Fatoush, batata hara and a sausage and cheese Manoucheh. I think that the servings are the perfect size.I would definitely recommend!! Prices are fair also considering the fact that the food comes very fast, good service, good food and it’s a nice place as well to eat with family or friends.
The food was unique and very tasty. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We had to wait a little bit of time to be seated which didnt make much sense because there were several groups of people just holding tables, they allow people to be seated without the entire group being present, And that could hold a table up for an hour or two while others who are ready to eat and pay must wait.
Nice place food was average , I like having oriental breakfast, the good side you can order breakfast at 1:30PM
Google said they open at 9. I scheduled a business meeting there then. Was told very rudely that they open at 10. I showed them on Google what their hours said and they rudely said 10 and walked off.I dont care how good the food is, I wont go there due to their unprofessional attitudes.
Variety, food quality, value for money and service level made Caracas one of best Lebanese cuisine in Egypt.
Good calm place.Food is tasty.Little bit overpricedCan enter from parking directly ..near entrance No 13
Great friendly staff, the food is tasty and delicious 🤤🤤.
Authentic. Quality Lebanese food. Coffee is amazing as well as the mankoucheh
Exquisite design. Service is faultless and the food is excellent. Perfection!
Great vibe - nice setting, everything we ordered was great! However its a bit expensive
Loved the food and the view there 😍 👌
Great atmosphere, friendly and professional staff.good quality food and drinks ..expensive in comparison with other high end cafes and resturants..all in all good to go ...
Good outdoor seating. Service is excellent however may take sometime.
Not exactly the best Lebanese / Middle Eastern food I ever tasted.
Always avoided this place just because I didnt like the name, and figured it was just another sheesha restaurant...was invited to the branch in Mall of Arabia for iftar...and was pleasantly surprised. Food and service were really good and the staff were taking the appropriate could Covid safety measures.
Quality is good...taste is moderate...prices are high
Good food... proficionsl staff... we enjoyed our dinner
Nice outdoor area, decor and service. A bit pricey
Awesome view, hospitality is great. Tiny bit over priced. Food is good, but I have eaten Lebanese around the world, and this is fairly giving me the Lebanese taste I look for, but I had better.
We ordered grilled kabab, and it wasnt fresh, and they served it cold. We told the waiter, and he put it in the microwave to be even worse than before. However, the staff is friendly, but the food wasnt good at all
Good Lebanon food but not cheap
Very expensive compared to all restaurants in the same area
Beautifully designed. Great lebanease. Good service. I like their salads, they have played with some of the traditional recipies making them a bit different from your everyday lebanease. Their fatoush is great, the batata 7arra, basterma rolls, dips are great. Not gourmet cousin, but great nevertheless.
The most delicious lebonanes food ever
Discriminatory. On a Wednesday evening in a relatively empty night, as we were shopping in Mall of Arabia, I suggested to my sister we should eat at Caracas and it has an exemplary reputation as a very fine Lebanese restaurant. We approach the waiter/ host who was supposed to be welcoming and sitting down guests that we would like a table of two; in a very empty restaurant. He goes away for a minute as I casually talk to my sister about the fine interiors and how I know the owner of the New Cairo branch. He returns to us saying that the restaurant is fully booked for the rest of the evening and they are expecting a full house. This is at 6PM on a Wednesday evening.I look at him shocked thinking maybe he means the out door (as the weather was nice on this winter evening) is full and we don’t mind sitting indoor which was completely empty pointing to the lines of empty tables and chairs. He insists. No I’m sorry the restaurant is fully reserved and he has no place. I disappointedly walk a few steps back and say it doesn’t look like you’re having a busy evening. Are you trying to “shoo us off for our looks” (as I have a full beard and my sister wears an Indian cultural hijab)He instantly replies. No no. We are just fully reserved. Disappointed and clearly felt discriminated we go and eat at Kazooz which is right next door as we walk through the Park and also find many empty tables in their outdoor area.Once we finish dinner and return to leave for home; we pass the restaurant again to still find it JUST AS EMPTY!I take the opportunity to ask the same waiter who clearly was avoiding eye contact “I clearly see you are a full house and all your reservations have showed up”Discriminatory and Demeaning and frankly sad to see this happening in Cairo!
Amazing food and great hospitality
Best lebanese food in town
The best Lebanese cuisine in Cairo
Small portions, bad taste, and not good value for money but the desert was nice.
Nice place and decrations with nice food. The outdoor part is amazing wgen the weather is fine.
Best lebanese food in the area
It was a great breakfast experience the food was delicious the staff shows a great hospitality, haloumi cheese with cherry tomato jam is a mist to try dish, the place was clean sure I want to try it for lunch or a dinner

Excellent flavor of mix grilled, salads and drinks , the staff is very kind and nice hospitality from them
Amazing place to hang out with your family or friends. Staff is good. Tables are sanitized infront of you, and the food and drinks are all very good too.
They have great shisha! The staff are really friendly and when they tend to you know, they get to prepare your regular order. The food is also great and the outdoor area is fantastic. The only drawback that the place is always crowded.
Nice atmosphere. Helpful staff allow separate bills easily. Good service.
Very nice food and the open buffet in Ramadan is great, good atmosphere, friendly staff, and on time service
Tasty Lebanese food , the place is so elegant the service is incredibleThe only problem the prices i so high
The appetizer was served first without bread. I had to ask three different waiters to serve bread and finally they served only 3breads and we were 5 guests. The food was delayed and then they started serving one main course and the rest of the food were served 25 mins later. Finally a waiter throw a full glass of lemon on my wife by accident but he never apologized. The manager promised to call us later to apologize which never happened. Food was cold. Very disappointed
When it comes to Lebanese food in Cairo, you cant go wrong with choosing Caracas. They have the classic tasty Levant choices and both the taste and quality is the same every single time. Rule of thumb is to always opt for their appetizers with your main dish. Their fatoush, manakish with cheese or beef, cheese rolls, liver pomegranate, hummus and tabula are to die for! Their desserts are also excellent. My favorite dessert item will always be their mehalabya Caracas.
Great food, great vibes
Looks cool from outside but wish I could review since unfortunately all I was served was extremely rude behaviour, I was in Mall of Arabia with my wife and when we asked for the menu they told us the restaurant is for reservations only although it was almost empty, two hours later no one came and two couples just went in straight away no questions asked!
Great food and service.
Very good taste and service; the only flaw that all of the order came along.
Good place with various tasty dishes, Mix grill & Chicken liver with pomegranate sauce are okay 👌, outside and inside seating area is very good too.
Lovely place , food and staff

Everything was perfect. The service was great and quickly. Also, the staff were friendly, kind and very punctual. In addition, the food, beverages, dessert was remarkable.
Great outdoor seating Area with very good food and drinks
I loved it, the place is very nice, in addition no problems whatsoever for the parking. The only thing that I didnt like is that it took so long for them to get me my order.
This is by far one of the best places in Cairo to have Lebanese food. Attentive staff, very nice ambient and an outdoor area for those lovely days.
Very nice
Great place, tasty food and friendly staff
Superior Lebanese dishes, a Little bit pricey, but food portion is a satisfying
Over priced & small portions
Do I have to be connected to get a reservation? The answer is YES!. After calling several times to try to get a reservation they answered with a very clear answer that we cant get a reservation and we can only be at the waiting list, we accepted and at our visit to the restaurant we found a table marked as RESERVED. Asking them how come they have a table marked as reserved which we clearly had an answer that its not an option they simply lied. SHAME SHAME
Overpriced for just the usual nothing special
So nice atmosphere. Tasty food and good hospitality
